I don't know what to feel. I finally got myself to make an appointment at a mental health center but this appointment is in february next year..
And though I'm feeling a bit better the last days, I started isolating myself because I just feel like nobody understands it anyway and I'm tired of pretending and lying all the time. I used to talk to my boyfriend but he can't understand why I'm feeling bad for nearly 2 months now. He kind of blamed me for that and I know it's hard for him because he loves me and just wants to see me happy... but it showed me that I can't talk to him about that. And so I'm pretending when I'm with him too.
I'm just looking forward to this appointment.

HOW TO OPTIMISE YOUR TIME AS A STUDENT? 🤩
as students, our days are usually filled with homework, projects, extra curriculars, tuition, etc. and because of this, we can feel overwhelmed to a point where we don’t know where to start. to help, ask yourself these 3 questions to optimise your time
1. How much time do I have?
how long do you have before your next scheduled activity? is it 5 minutes, or an hour? if it’s five minutes, it probably is not the best time to start writing a 3 page essay. instead, try to look through your extra reading, or review your day’s action list
protip: don’t discount these small pockets of time, make full use of them to avoid spending time which could be used for larger tasks on these small menial actions
2. Where am I?
this involves recognising your location and what time it is. for instance, if you were in a place with no wifi, it would not be practical for you to work on a google docs or online work. instead, you might want to bring along some of your extended reading for a specific subject.
3. How much energy do I have?
are you a morning person or a night person? when is your energy the highest or your mood is the most suitable to complete a given task. if you are wiped out from a long day, it might be harder to get started on that 3 page essay. instead you can start filing away your materials from that week, or reviewing your notes from that day.
