And someone else’ opinion of me is NONE OF MY BUSINESS ANYWAY!🤔 If I would have let the opinion of others dictate the way I live my life and the decisions I make...I would not be living the dream and staying home with my Baby girl!!💞 I would not be home in the afternoons to watch my son get off the bus! 💙

I'm not gonna lie. Today I DID NOT want to workout. I have clinical on Mondays and then come home at 4 and documented till 5. Im tired and could have(and before coaching would have) made EVERY excuse not to workout today
BUT Im part of an accountability group and seeing everyone's sweaty selfie motivated me to do the workout to get MY sweaty selfie in!

Ever just had a day when it’s hard to workout?
I’ve been there. I get it. I had one the other day and decided just to get started. I told myself if I didn’t feel motivated 5 minutes in I could stop. And then this little lady came down to the basement to watch mommy and get her workout in too. And I will NOT let her see Mommy quit! And let’s be honest... the end result of your health is SO worth it. My 35 minute workout? That’s 2% of my day. 2%. I KNOW we all have time for that.
So I don’t want to. I remember my why. This little nugget. Her brothers. My husband. My future grandkids. That’s why I keep plugging away on this journey. It’s not easy. I have slip-ups. My abs disappear much quicker than they show up, and that’s OK! I didn’t do this for a 6-pack. I’m doing it to live a long and healthy life!! It’s not always easy but it is always worth it! Not sure where to get started? That’s why I’m here!

Normally I like to eat with Seeger I love how it encourages family eating time and I it shows him what to do since he is a #newfoodie ! Since we’re #babyledweanig we eat a lot of the same things! This morning his meal went quickly and I just decided to eat while he naps! I’m finishing off the egg muffins I made for him the other day with @applegate turkey bacon and half a banana with peanut butter and of course coffee. ☕️Since Seeger did more exploring this morning at breakfast then eating (which is totally ok) I’ll see if he wants the other half of my banana 🍌 when he wakes up! #feedingmylittlefoodie#babyledweaningideas#mamabear#coffeeisamust
8 whole eggs
Veggies of your choice (I used kale)
Salsa (if sharing with baby just make sure it’s not too spicy! Some spice is great)
Cook at 350 for 15/20 mins until eggs are cooked.
