And sometimes you drink coconut water straight out of a coconut! 🥥
Haha it was all over my face but you have to give it a try when you are gifted with a coconut cut down right outside your building. 🌴 It was massive! Now how do I get in there and get that coconut meat... 😉💛
Do you ever just scroll thru your camera roll and wish that past you was here to bring you a plate of these coconut flour pancakes and a big ol’ pile of bacon?? 🥞🥓 ....no? Just me? 😂🤷🏼♀️
Note to self and others: make again, actually measure ingredients (all, like, 4 of them) and share recipe 👌
Protein bites are all the rage right now. Why? Because it satisfy’s the body’s need for something sweet while fueling the body with healthy ingredients. I’m loving making them lately but between sampling😉 and making sure the recipe is right it’s making my muscles and joints pretty achy. Protein bites and oat sensitivity just don’t go well together. So I set out looking for an alternative to the oats. I came across @thebigmansworld No bake Unicorn bites which looked super cute!!! I altered the recipe slightly due to not having everything on hand but the result was delicious so thank you @thebigmansworld ! Love all the sweets that he comes up with! I ended up using peanut butter and real maple syrup which gave it a perfect consistency. Rolling in unsweetened coconut or coconut sugar was the 🍒 on top😍😍. Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop Hemp vanilla protein powder
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Combine flour and protein powder and mix. Combine nut butter, syrup and vanilla. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until mixed. Add to dry ingredients until a dough is formed. Using your hands roll into a ball. Coat with either coconut or sugar and refrigerate.
Enjoy!! @jmfoley25 @treadreading #protein bites #coconutfordays#healthysnacks#healthynut#cravingsatisfied
I’m 31 and my skin has never been better. There are three reasons why. Number one is all the healthy fats I have been eating !!!! Eating a high fat to low/moderate carb lifestyle (not diet, lifestyle) ALWAYS gives me a good glow. I also have added on: exogenous ketones ( more on that later, I can’t wait to share my “new thing” with you all) and 3 . Rodan and fields skincare line. All three of those combined has me feeling the best I have felt. If you want to learn more about exogenous ketones wait for my next post and/or message me. I have so much to share as I am learning every day about these. And it’s flipping amazing!!!! #pruvit#ketones#ketonesgreaterthanglucose#skincare#healthyhabits#healthyfats#coconutfordays#bulletproofcoffee

1.5 TB of cocoa powder
1 TB of water

Pulse almonds in a food processor.
Add all additional ingredients into food processor and mix well.
Spoon out mixture using a tablespoon measure and roll into balls.
Sprinkle and coat the remaining shredded coconut (1/4 cup) onto the balls.
Place on parchment baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes at least.
Made the best smoothie this morning!!! Frozen bananas, #Phytopro Vanilla protein powder, frozen raspberries, coconut shavings, coconut milk, oats, water and a few scoops mixed berry sorbet. What a combo! This may be one of the best smoothies I have ever made (but I am also really hungry, so my opinion may be a bit tainted). 😜 Have a lovely day everybody! #plantbasedsmoothie#yummybreakfast#berrysmoothie#coconutfordays
No filter, and no sugar either lol.
On day three of a 30 day reset to support my body in healing itself naturally. How? By cutting all sugar... ie added sugar, grains, high glycemic fruits, and potatoes. It's hard, but worked so good last summer.
So, this morning I have something different in my mug. Care to see if you can guess what it is?! 🙊🙉🙈
The King has returned! Please join us next Saturday (01/20) at Noon for the release of our latest bottle - King Copra! This imperial stout is loaded with toasted coconut and a touch of vanilla. It was such a hit on tap last year we decided to bring it back in bottles this time around.
We bottled enough to allocate 2 per person. Each bottle will be $8; and yes, this beer will be on tap when we open!
King Copra is a straight up 🥥💣! Come out and enjoy some adjunct goodness with us next weekend. •
I made the grain-free hot cereal from @bakeritablog for a late breakfast this morning and it was so delicious! 30 good as my nephew would say. I haven’t been in an oatmeal mood for a long time so this is the perfect substitute. Plus it’s filled with healthy fats, protein and fiber so it should keep me full for a while. Of course I added a scoop of @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides and topped it with banana and coconut flakes.
