Next time I make this, I will add a new spice and you could get real creative here. For those that dont like the taste of liver or organ meat, start with chicken liver as its more mild.
I have taken it real slow with reintroducing spices, so🔥 spice the heck out of this I say! As is, this recipe I think gives a nice balance of flavors
*1 lb of liver of your choice
*1 inch fresh organic ginger
*1/2 inch fresh organic turmeric root
*1 good size garlic clove
*1 tsp sea salt
*3/4 tsp cumin
*1/2 tsp ground turmeric
*1/4 tsp cardamom
*1/2 tsp garlic powder
-peel garlic, ginger & turmeric and use a press to get juice and pulp, put in a small dish set aside
-Mix up spices, set aside
-Chop up liver into equal size 1" pieces, set aside
-I boil most of the time, but you could just saute here as well. I do this to help digestion. -Get a large size saute pan heated with some unrefined coconut oil
-Brown the lamb and cook through, throw in spices, garlic, ginger, turmeric and flavor through a bit
-Once it cooled, transfer to food processor and pulse it for 20 times or so
-Put it in a small container in the fridge and serve it with crackers, veggies, carrots, cucumbers, whatever you like

Hey! Do YOU want #dessert every day but have little to no self control?! Here's how to bake just ONE #cookie so you don't eat that whole batch you promised yourself you'd take to the office tomorrow!
Yields one #healthy cookie that won't make you feel icky after and has roughly the same calories as a Larabar (I made this recipe up on the fly; I like to mix things together and see what happens):
-1 egg white
-1/2 mushed #banana
-1/2 cup gluten free #oats
-2 tsp #quinoa flour
-2 tsp #organic#coconut#sugar
-sprinkle of #cinnamon
-sprinkle of baking powder
-optional #vanilla or #almond extract drizzle (I like almond)
-optional crunch factor, here I added a few #cranberries
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Consume with #wine for optimal experience.
