Dark chocolate is produced by adding cocoa butter to sugar and cocoa powder. It does not contain any milk solids.
White chocolate contains only cocoa butter, sugar and milk solids but no chocolate liquor or cocoa powder.
So technically, white chocolate is not really chocolate at all.
Cocoa Rhubarb Swiss Roll
It’s time for rhubarb in dessert this season. It should be a good match for rhubarb with my cocoa swiss roll. However, it seemed that I should add more sugar (usually brown sugar for its fascinating scene) when I cooked the filling. The completed product tastes a bit too sour for me.😅 Well, at least I have an excuse to give it a try again!
Summer ‘18 is in FULL effect! Your grill is lit, The Carter’s album is on repeat, summer fit is on point, and the sun is blazing hot!☀️
The best way to stay cool & look cute at the same time is clearly with a @nespresso Iced Ispirazione Shakerato with the Shaker and Ice Cube Tray to match! If you’re going to shake a lil’ something this summer, you might as well shake up an Iced Coffee at the same time! Here’s how I’d shake things up...
-1 Vertuo or Original capsule of Ispriazione Shakerato
-A generous splash of a Sweetened Milk of choice 🤤(Vanilla Hemp, Sweetened Condensed, Dark Chocolate Almond)
-A gentle touch of Simple Syrup or Sugar
-3 to 4 cubes of ice
-But definitely DON’T 🙅🏽♂️break it!
Enjoy and stay cool!
