This Thursday our Cocktail of the Week is the Classic Cosmo. This Cosmo is special because we use our FRESH Cranberry Vodka and our premium Triple Sec, created with the zest of Valencia orange peels and delicately sweetened with cane sugar.
The drink is has remained a favorite for a reason, it’s simple, sophisticated, balanced and refreshing, in essence the perfect summer cocktail!

Cocktail of the Week - Tequila-Watermelon Aguas Frescas with Prosecco
In this refreshing cocktail, Prosecco adds a lively spritz to a light, watermelon-based margarita. If you happen to have a juicer on hand, you can certainly use it here.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 chilled seedless watermelon (15 pounds), rind discarded and watermelon cubed (20 cups)
3/4 cup tequila blanco
6 limes, thinly sliced
3 mint sprigs, mint leaves for garnish
1 bottle chilled Prosecco
In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring just to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Transfer the simple syrup to a heatproof bowl and let cool.
In a food processor or blender, puree the watermelon in batches until smooth. Strain the puree into a large bowl or pitcher. Stir in the simple syrup, tequila, lime slices, 3 mint sprigs and 1/2 cup of water.
To serve, pour the watermelon agua fresca into ice-filled glasses, leaving 1 inch at the top. Top off the drinks with Prosecco and garnish with mint leaves.
The strained watermelon juice can be refrigerated overnight.
#cocktailoftheweek Whiskey Smash (yes. Whiskey with an "e" because you use American style whiskey). ● muddle half a lemon in a shaker ● add 2 shots of bourbon (12 year ideally, but Jim Beam works) ● 3/4 oz of 1:1 simple syrup ● 4-5 medium mint leaves
Add ice and shake well. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with mint sprig
