When asked about her experience with the @eastbeachyoga team so far @prince_lauren said “My experience with east beach yoga thus far has been filled with a sense of drive. It is a sense of drive that is full of excitement, adventure, and opportunity. “
When asked why she’s excited about stepping into this new role “Personal growth as well as growth of community here on our island with all things yoga have got me pumped up! I am looking forward to sharing my love of yoga, sports, and athletes with you!” LP is correct, we are stoked to see you around the neighborhood, yes you.

JWAGI community program ‘Done In A Day Project’ this month is patterning with Second Harvest of Southeast Georgia | Join US this upcoming Saturday, December 15th, at 8:00am to help pack bags for families of local counties. The Southeast Branch of America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia serves the counties of Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Glynn, McIntosh, and Wayne. They work with roughly 78 agencies to distribute more than 2.2 million pounds of food a year to individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity. This amount of food represents savings of more than $3.8 million in wholesale food costs. They distribute fresh, frozen and non-perishable food through their Partner Market Place and are able to provide assistance through Mobile Food Pantry, Brown Bag for the Elderly and their Childhood Hunger Initiatives. Please visit our Community Programing page at JWAGI.org to learn more about how Second Harvest and JWAGI serve our neighbors in need in Coastal Georgia | #jwagi#holidayproject#childhoodhunger#glynn#secondharvest#coastalgeorgia | 📷: @secondharvestsga
Thank you to our board members & members that helped make our Oyster Roast this year another night to remember!
Despite the drizzle & chilly weather, we all enjoyed clams, oysters, appetizers & drinks under the gorgeous live oak & around the fire at Altama Plantation!
Here’s another peak into the inside of my calendar!
A new shipment of these beauts came in this week, so visit the link in my bio to order yours today!
Remember, with each calendar sold, $5 goes towards protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of coastal Georgia.
Thank you, again, to everyone who has supported me already. Y’all are truly making a difference!
Tomorrow (Saturday, December 8) is a big day on St. Simons Island! Be at the Historic Coast Guard Station at 1pm to join the Coastal Georgia Historical Society for the opening of the new World War II Home Front Museum, the only permanent, standalone museum in the entire country relating to the World War II home front story. The museum tells the multi-faceted story of bold initiatives taken in Glynn County to protect our coast from German submarines, train fighter pilots, build Liberty Ships to supply troops overseas, and much more. State-of-the-art exhibits provide authentic and meaningful activities for visitors of all ages to engage in as they learn about this critical period in our nation’s history.
