Sandy beaches, rugged cliffy coastline, alpine lakes, glaciated peaks and old-growth rainforests. Definitely the most diversely textured National Park I’ve visited. Not a shabby impromptu weekend plan.
Get GOing with @thegolife ... Good week #hiking and #climbing .
#RockClimbing is intense sport and requires focus and energy throughout the day... It is taxing for mind and body so good nutrition is highly important. I am thankful to @thegolife pre-work out supplements which helps me perform for long hours.

The best stories come from misadventures 😅
So grateful to have Edmond lead me on my first multi-pitch 🙏🏼 The views were undeniably majestic and this story was definitely one for the books 💛🏔🧗🏻♀️🧗🏻♂️
This climb was super rad, but super long and I knew there was no way I would piece it in one session. I've found that rspecially on long climbs where every move has to be as efficient as possible, it's really helpful to watch myself climb and notice all the subtle changes I can make on my next go. If you don't take videos of yourself climbing, I'd highly recommend it!
Checkout these highlights from yesterday's 🍁 Maple Canyon meet up with some of our Utah girls! It's incredibly awesome to see lady crushers connecting in so many different communities and coming together to learn, teach and share their skills. There are a lot of constants in climbing, but we all come from different backgrounds and have learned different methods and styles. We love seeing this community sharing knowledge and watching each other grow! Thanks for organizing to our Utah Ambassador @talkatietash 👊👊 #girlswhoclimbofficial
Looking for the perfect gift for the man who's been spotting you from day one? The climbing Dad who has it all? Get him #JoesValleyFest tickets of course!!

Outdoor Mobility Hack: Smith Rock, OR // Dirtbag Hip Mobility
The ability to externally rotate 🌀 your hip is crucial to keep your center of gravity 🌍 close to the wall. However, you need mobility in both 🤞🏼 directions. Notice how my right hip is moving into EXTERNAL rotation while my left hip is moving into INTERNAL rotation. Keeping the weight in the toes 👠 helps to simulate how you would actually distribute your weight on the wall. Adding some overhead resistance will also get your upper body warmed up before you make your next attempt at the send. You don't need ❌ any fancy equipment either, just use your climbing rope!
Science n' Stuff: "Training the brain" 🤓 must be utilized to address dysfunctions related to motor control mechanisms. While we have all seen 👀 impairments in individual variables such as strength or ROM, there is often a missing connection between the CNS and the body. Return to one's normal activities would be impossible without some sort of focus on muscular co-activation patterns that occur within a given movement.
Happy Father's Day to this beautiful creature right here. Adventuring with you on this journey of life is the greatest gift anyone could ask for. I would not pick anyone else to parent with. You make it all worth it.
Words can not express how much I love and appreciate this dude right here. So glad he is finally home from his trip, I've missed him greatly.
I love you.
