@codyscarpella just getting into the business of Brothers in arms, 5.12+ a few years back at Poe buttress in the south Platte. I was able to climb up into a nearby tree and watch the action unfold. It was awesome to see Cody onsight it in style..
thinking about climbing outside on this fine day rather than working inside at a gym....but it’s the next best thing, right? 😅
On a side note, does anyone know what this boulder at Castle Peak is? Cuz I sure don’t. Still, my love @rhetthbgause got a sweet shot!
Hoje é dia!
Fazendo o que eu amo! #rockclimbing
Com diversão garantida na Sala da Justiça!
Cipózin é bom demais com qualquer clima! 🌈
➡️E se estiver no Cipó e não for pra pedra pode ir escalar no muro do Sítio do @marcelob44 💪 Contato por direct.
I recently started reading The Rock Warrior’s Way. Reading that the average man has around 60,000 thoughts in a day, most of which he has had before.......how horrible. The idea of living in unconscious monotony is a scary one. This will be my first time reading about mental training in regards to climbing. I’m stoked to see how this will help shift my awareness. What books have helped and challenged you? 💡

I wish I could say that the more I fall, the less scared I become. But last night, I was still shrieking each time I forced myself to purposefully let go of massive jugs while climbing at the gym. Still, I am glad to be at a point where practice falls are safe and productive and can be used as another tool, just like exercise and finger training. Healthy 🧠 = healthy climbing?
sweet capture by my love, @rhetthbgause from a fun and super productive bouldering sesh!
tight clothes: ✔️

Stoke: ✔️ Guess I’m ready to climb in the gym now 💁🏼♀️ ....but is the gym ready for me? 🎃
Cleaning the draws on this route is a struggle but along the way, we figured out that there are some awesome swings! @rhetthbgause took this video after I crawled back up the slab for one last swing, with the rock glowing pink and gold and our shadows tinted blue like the sky. 🧡 .................And hear the gradually changing emotion of my “woahs” - can you tell when the rope got caught? 😅
