This is a good combo that incorporates Total Body FAT BURNING, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and TONING to any workout.
I placed this in the beginning my Lower Body day. For obvious reasons, The Drop Squat was a good prep for Glute and Thigh training and the JumpJacks and Pull-up, tap into overall body fat storage and natural upper body strength and tone.
