Make time each day to ground. This is one of the best practices that you can gift yourself. It teaches you to authentically master your emotions. To allow yourself to feel what is there for you to feel so that you don't stuff these down or detatch from your own body to avoid these ✌❤ Stand with your feet on the earth☄ Place your hands on your womb area❤ Breathe in slowly and deeply right down into your hands☄Do this 3 times☄ Surrender❤
Do this again and imagine breathing in brand new energy from the earth. Then breathe out-letting out all the energy that doesnt belong to you. Let the earth absorb it amd transform it into love. Repeat a few times until you feel you are in your body☄
Then acknowledge the feelings that are there. I FEEL sad. I FEEL afraid. I FEEL hurt etc.
Repeat your breathing. Let your feelings arise and be felt. Allow. Trust. Observe. No need to attatch or get stuck in story. Again imagine pure energy from the earth. Breathe in this new energy and out what no longer belongs to you until you feel a sense of calm☄
Then repeat affirmations of your choice 3x each. I AM safe. I AM loved. I AM free. ✌❤🌠 Gift yourself this daily and you will be do thankful you did.
