The love for pasta is legit in our household...back in the day when there was no clean eating we had any kind of pasta at least twice a week loaded with cheese and white sauce and what not...for me it was, the more richer the more better...*sigh* times have changed ...but the good news is  flavor profile hasn’t 😁😁😁we love experimenting with new ingredients and different forms of Browns( if you wanna be healthy then REMEMBER brown is the new white😜😜)
So here is the recipe
✨1/2 packet whole wheat spaghetti ✨1 piece of turkey breast(sliced and seasoned with salt and pepper)
✨veggies of your choice
✨1tbs tobassco ✨1tbs soy sauce
✨freshly grounded black pepper ✨1tsp oyster sauce
✨salt to taste
✨1tsp freshly ground black pepper
✨1tsp ginger garlic paste 
Method
✨Boil spaghetti and drain
✨sauté turkey with ginger garlic...add veggies and sauces...
✨toss the spaghetti with the veggies and serve hot...

Chicken, pineapples, peppers and onion tossed in coconut oil, chilli powder, cumin, garlic and lime juice. Tossed on a sheet pan. YUM. Size çok ufak bir kara et pişirme yöntemi söyleyeceğim. Bütün kara eti Demirdöküm tavada mühürledikten sonra ufak ufak kesip çok az tereyağında pişirin. Gerçekten çok hafif kokusuz ve lezzetli oluyor. Ev ahalisi tabak tabak şehriye pilavı yerken benim payıma düşen bu oldu 😅 Birde yanına misler gibi Akdeniz kıvırcığı salatası. Karbonhidrat protein vitamin üçlüsü tamamdır bu akşam 👌🏽😍😍

{ I'm soooo OBSESSED with Breakfast Bowl Prep right now! I love eating a hearty Breakfast for any meal of the day...and everyday! This tasty meal is protein packed and lasts a good 3-4 days in the fridge...Healthy food inspirations at your fingertips. I gotta try this, the recipe is below. 
makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil, divided
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 medium sweet onion, diced
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1.5 Tbsps taco seasoning
8 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
8 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado peeled and sliced chopped
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
a small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:
Heat half a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and peppers, then sauté until softened, about 4 minutes. Add meat, and seasonings then cook while breaking up the meat until browned, about 5 minutes. Add black beans to the meat mixture, combine well and cook 1 more minute.

Remove from pan, and set aside.

In a mixing bowl and eggs, cheese, salt and pepper, the whisk well to combine.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, over medium heat.
Add eggs and cook until scrambled to your liking.
Divide the meat mixture among 4 glass containers, then add the scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes and avocado as shown.

Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and refrigerate until ready to serve, or up to 4 days. Enjoy

{ Take some time to enjoy yourself today + prep ahead a few food items to make YOUR week healthier and more productive! 
These Apple Pie overnight oats are basically a hug in a jar. 🤗

Not only do overnight oats save you time in the morning, but they’re also much easier to digest than unsoaked oats. 
As the oats soak overnight, their digestibility greatly improves. 
Overnight as they soak, the starches break down which improves digestibility and the natural phytic acid (which all plants contain) is greatly reduced that makes them more easily absorbed by your body! } . 
For 4 servings you’ll need:

4 - 1/2 pint glass jars with lids, for storing or serving as shown 
makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
1.5 cup old fashioned oats, NOT steel cut (I used gluten free)
2 cups unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk
4 Tbsps chia seeds
3 Tbsps pure maple syrup, or raw honey 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Topping ideas:
1 cup apple natural puree (OR no sugar added apple sauce)
1 small crisp apple chopped or sliced
2 Tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients except for toppings in a large glass mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, add 1-2 Tablespoons of the applesauce to the bottom of 4 jars or bowls, then divide the oat mixture equally among 4 jars or bowls, then add remaining toppings equally, including another dollop of apple sauce (as shown). Lasts for 5 days or so, here's how:
Seal jars and refrigerate overnight for up to five days for meal prep.
Before serving, top with your choice of toppings, give it all a big stir, and enjoy! (and YES they are eaten cold, just like pudding...just try it!)

My new favorite #breakfast is homemade apple sauce! Absolutely no sugar added!  I've topped mine with berries. 4 apples, peeled and cored. With 1/4 cup water in pot on stove until mushy. Low heat, stirring frequently. Add as much cinnamon as you like. I like a lot! I then added a 1/4 cup of rolled oats at the end once the apples were cooked. I then topped mine with chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries and six dried cranberries. I put in microwave to warm up before eating. This refrigerates really well for a few days. .

My new favorite #breakfast  is homemade apple sauce! Absolutely no sugar added! I've topped mine with berries. 4 apples, peeled and cored. With 1/4 cup water in pot on stove until mushy. Low heat, stirring frequently. Add as much cinnamon as you like. I like a lot! I then added a 1/4 cup of rolled oats at the end once the apples were cooked. I then topped mine with chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries and six dried cranberries. I put in microwave to warm up before eating. makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps avocado oil, or extra-virgin olive oil 
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 
1 jalapeño, seeded, & thinly sliced 
1 medium crisp zucchini, thinly sliced 
1 cup fresh corn kernels 
sea salt and pepper to your taste 
1 tsp dried ground coriander seed
8 large eggs .
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
Heat oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onion and jalapeno, and cook until just tender, for about 4 minutes. Add 
zucchini slices, corn and ground coriander and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Season with sea salt and pepper to your 
taste. 
In a bowl, whisk eggs with 1/2 tsp sea salt and pour into skillet with vegetables. Very gently mix to combine. 
Transfer skillet to the oven and cook until just set in the middle and lightly golden and puffed on top, about 12-15 minutes.

My favorite way to eat zoodles! 
I am very Italian, so replacing noodles/carbs in my diet was intimidating at first. 
However, the benefits this dish offers are incredible! Here we go....
Recipe:
One zucchini - shredded into noodles ($10 zoodle maker available at target!)
1/2 onion - sliced
Throw these in a pan on medium with 
2 tablespoons of butter (can use coconut oil in replacement)
Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
In separate pan cook...
1/2 cup wine and 1 -2 cloves of garlic -minced. Bring to boil.
Add 1/2 cup shrimp. Cook through. 3-5 mins.
Pour wine/shrimp sauce into sauce pan with zoodles. Add 1tsp red pepper flakes for some spice! 
Let simmer for 5 mins.
Pour pan into strainer - removing left over butter/wine.
Serve immediately! 
I added a touch of Parmesan to finish this off! 
Benefits: 
Zucchini contains zero fat, and is high in water and fiber. It also contains significant amounts of vitamins B6, riboflavin, folate, C, and K, and minerals, like potassium and manganese. It also contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients! 🥒
Onions are rich in antioxidants, may protect against cancer, and improve bone density. Onions also support healthy digestion, and may help lower cholesterol.
🍤 
Shrimp provide, not only protein, but a pretty impressive array of nutrients. Four ounces steamed contains over 100% of the Daily Value for selenium, over 75% for vitamin B12, over 50% for phosphorous, and over 30% for choline, copper, and iodine.

Here's my quick and easy go-to formula:
5 cups veggies + 3 3/4 cups protein + 2 1/2 cups starch + a few tsp oil (olive or coconut) + seasonings.
You can make soo many versions of this by switching up the protein, veggies, starches and seasonings! Then split it into 5 containers and lunches are set!

And my favorite time of year to do this is definitely Christmastime! 
No need to slave over the hot kitchen for hours in order to invite a crowd over either! Invest in a good wooden platter (this one was made by a local guy, and will last for 100+ years )
then pull it out anytime you want to invite your people over and actually have time to visit, enjoy, and talk with them!
There is no right or wrong way to set up your board...mine are always different, depending on what is aready in my kitchen + any seasonal treasures that I find at the market.

What I did today:
fresh kiwi slices
organic red + green grapes
sliced oranges (blood oranges would be beautiful for a Christmas platter too!)
sliced strawberries, stems left on
fresh raspberries
fresh mint leaves 
pomegranates torn apart a bit
dried apricots (no sugar added)
several different cheeses, local + imported (I usually like to set out a variety of hard/soft + mild/strong cheeses...but mostly purchase whatever is on sale!)
nitrate free, and uncured meats (there is such great selection available these days!)
broken dark chocolate pieces
pickled asparagus 
micro arugula (flavor + beauty!)
pistachios 
almonds
fresh rosemary
whole grain crisp bread pieces, broken

I arranged everything around REAL pine sprigs and holiday ornaments, then I set the tray out with a few more ornaments around it, pine sprigs tucked under, and tiny battery operated lights for a very festive feel.

Hopefully this spurs creativity of your own, and you throw an epic party for your favorite people...and YOU actually get to enjoy it!

It’s my goal to eat more veggies for the next 6 months, so keep your eyes peeled for some new and inventive ways that you can get more veggies in your diets too (all calorie counted of course). 😘

2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Thumb-size piece fresh ginger, grated
1 medium green chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 level tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground cumin
Handful fresh coriander, chopped

✔️Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the onion until it starts to brown. ✔️Add the cumin seeds and the ginger, garlic and chilli’s.  Cook for a few seconds and add the tomatoes and stir for 2 mins, adding salt to taste. ✔️Add the turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, ground coriander,  ground cumin, and the chickpeas and cook for 15 mins. ✔️Sprinkle the chopped coriander and serve with a gorgeous big salad or some fluffy rice 👌🏾

Krep malzemelerini blanderımıza atıyoruz ve bıızzztttt 💫💫 krep tavamızı çok çok az yağladıktan sonra krep hamurundan tava boyutu kadar krepler yapıyoruz. 
Göğüsleri haşladıktan sonra ufak ufak parçalara ayırıyoruz çok ufak parçalara ama 😀 daha sonra içine labne karabiber ve çok az tuz ekledikten sonra karıştırıyoruz. 
Harcı Kreplerin içine koyup taze sopan sapıyla da  fotoğraftaki gibi bağlıyoruz. İşte bohçamız hazır 😻 yaklaşık 7-8 tane çıkıyor.
