Kolejny tydzień,kolejny łosoś,kolejne kilogramy lecą! Jestem bardzo podekscytowana efektami wizualnymi.Jednak myślę że najwięcej zmieniło się w głowie i organiźmie. La belleza empieza desde adentro, eso que dicen sobre que uno es lo que come, es verdad. Tod@s nos hemos percatado que las mujeres asiáticas tienen una piel hermosa, además una complexión muy estetica y esto en gran parte se debe al régimen nutricional que llevan diario, pues su consumo de lácteos es bajo. Hace un año me operaron de la vesícula y esto se debió a que abuse del consumo de lácteos, soy fan del queso y yogurt pero he tratado de disminuirlo aunque admito que me cuesta demasiado 😭, por ello y debido a algunos desajustes hormonales que he tenido, he optado por incluir en mi dieta la leche de soya, ya que tiene múltiples beneficios, entre ellos:
1️⃣ Tiene proteína vegetal y es baja en grasa, por lo que ayuda a mejorar los niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos en el organismo.
2️⃣ Contiene azúcares prebióticos que estimulan nuestro sistema inmunológico.
3️⃣ Es una gran fuente de Omega 3 y antioxidantes, lo cual previene el envejecimiento prematuro de todo nuestro cuerpo.
4️⃣ Contiene Isoflavonas (fitoestrogenos-hormonas saludables) que nos viene súper bien a las mujeres ya que reduce los trastornos hormonales.
5️⃣ Debido a su gran contenido de vitaminas y minerales, aumenta el nivel de mineral en los huesos, fortaleciendolos y previniendo así la osteoporosis.
6️⃣ En cuanto a cuestiones de belleza, el consumo equilibrado de la soya, ayuda a prevenir la caída del cabello y ayuda a combatir el acné hormonal.
7️⃣ Ayuda a prevenir algunos tipos de cáncer, como el de mamá, colón y próstata.
Esos son algunos de los muchos beneficios que se obtienen al incluir la soya en nuestra alimentación, pero ojo, todo en exceso es malo, por lo cual el consumo de este alimento debe ser equilibrado para que podamos disfrutar sus beneficios. Espero que se animen a probarla y a incluirla en su alimentación, verán como al adoptar hábitos alimenticios más saludables se sentirán mucho mejor y su cuerpo se los agradecerá tanto por dentro como por fuera.

Base of the salad from @traderjoes started with some green cabbage, romaine, cotija cheese, roasted pepitas, a few tortilla strips, green onion & cilantro. Then I added in half an avocado🥑, black beans & pickled red cabbage. Dressing is also @traderjoes green goddess. P.s. if you look reallllll close like you can see I have doughnuts on my socks too! It's #meatlessmonday my friends! And I'm bringing you these VEGGIE LOADED BUTTERNUT SQUASH BOATS! 😁 👉 Cut the butternut squash into 1 1/2 inch thick slices. Spread them out on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F. Meanwhile, sautee onion, zucchini, red bell pepper, mushroom. Place the ingredients in a food processor and lightly chop the veggies. When done,  take the butternut squash ouy and with a large soup spoon mash the centers of each boat,  creating a bowl. Add your semi chopped veggies, sea salt and pepper and sprinkle dried dill on top. Have a good night!!! .
