When my daughter, Julie Steele, and I began our weight loss journey this spring, our initial intentions were simply to just lose some weight…any weight! The two of us had reached a real low point in our lives that had gone on for several years; we were the heaviest we had ever been, we didn’t have energy to do things with our family, we felt tired all the time, we were having health issues (especially me), and we were embarrassed at how we looked.
∙
We signed onto this system and decided to give it a try. We weren’t disappointed! In fact, we were immediately rewarded with positive results! We both lost significant pounds in just our first two weeks, and we realised…these products were for real! We went from just hoping to lose some weight, to actually believing we could lose an amount of weight that would be life changing for us. We both decided, we were going to each lose 100 pounds!
∙
As the months went by, the pounds and inches fell away. Our clothes began to feel extremely loose. Our faces changed. Our minds got “clearer.” And we began to experience this uncanny sense of boundless energy! We would wake up feeling fully rested and wide awake as we climbed out of our beds. Our stress levels diminished. We developed new outlooks on life and we felt much more positive and upbeat. And my many weight-related medical issues vanished!

Our products aren’t just for weight loss. This is not a diet. It’s a healthy lifestyle, supported with super nutritious food. I love my wife, my daughter, my family and friends. And I love this lifestyle!

🍫🍫Aquí tenéis la receta del Brownie sin azúcares añadidos y sin harinas!
Me parece un postre estupendo para las Navidades y para cualquier momento!! ❤️INGREDIENTES:
400g de garbanzos cocidos escurridos
2 huevos enteros
8 dátiles 
100ml de leche vegetal (en mi caso soja)
8gr de levadura
2 cucharaditas colmadas de cacao puro
Vainilla al gusto
60gr de nueces
50gr de chocolate  negro 80% picado.

❤️RECETA:
Remojamos los 8 dátiles en agua caliente para reblandecerlos, retiramos el agua y batimos la leche, los dátiles, el cacao en polvo, los huevos, la levadura y la vainilla hasta que quede homogéneo.
Añadimos los garbanzos y lo batimos hasta que queden todo integrado y bien mezclado.
Añadimos las nueces picadas y los trocitos de chocolate, con una espátula mezclamos todos y lo ponemos en un molde recubierto con papel de horno y lo llevamos al horno, 40 minutos a 250°, y vamos comprobando hasta que puedas clavar un palito o un cuchillo y salga limpio sin restos de masa.

Having a love affair with whole oat groats. Reading about their nutrition content is really inspiring. They contain iron (oxygenates the blood) phosphorous (bone health), zinc (immune system) and copper (nervous system). What a POWERHOUSE! I’m trying to eat home-cooked, healthy, High-fibre, complex carb, one-pot meals at home everyday so here I have oat groats, black beans, chick peas, tofu, celery, carrot, purple cabbage and bok choy. All stir fried with tons of ginger and chili. You cook the chickpeas, brand and groats separately, portion then freeze and every time you need to throw a meal together, just defrost the cooked item.

You have an 8 hour eating window, and a 16 hour fasting period. The good news is that you can use the hours that you're winding down at night and sleeping, and the morning as the majority of your fasting period.
