Who doesn’t like cake for breaky? 
I posted step by step instructions for this on my story! I kind of guessed as I went along but it turned out perfect it is so yummy 👌🏻 recipe: mash one banana ~ 2 tbsp coconut flour ~ 2 tbsp almond milk ~ 1 egg ~ dash of cinnamon ~ 1/4 tsp baking powder ~ microwave for 2.5-3 mins ~ topped with strawberries, bluebs, hemp hearts, cacao coconut strips and almond butter 😍

Coconut flour is lower in carbs but full of fiber so you’ll be feeling full for hours :) This bowl is gf, df, low sugar and vegan. Of course you can add sweetener to this like maple syrup etc but with the fruit it really is sweet enough 🍓Enjoy! .

Leftover veggies are awesome in omelettes! Loving broccoli and low-fat cheese in this one. Spray a hot pan with coconut oil...scramble one egg, 2 egg whites. Drop leftover broccoli in hot pan, cover with scrambled egg, 1/4 cup of any low-fat cheese you like. Cover for approx 2 min. or until set. Slide out of pan! Enjoy with a fresh side salad for breakfast, lunch OR dinner!
