Yep, that’s right! I refuse to have a list of foods that I won’t allow myself to eat...life is too short for that! Sure, having a “no no” list may work for some people; however, it was not sustainable for me. I like to have the option to eat the occasional pizza, or ice cream, or cookies sometimes without feeling guilty about it! When I did the “no no” list, I would feel SO GUILTY whenever I ate something off the list so I said, “TO HELL WITH THIS LIST.” ✊🏼
Instead, I have taught my brain to think about food differently and to create healthy eating habits! So when at a party, I choose the veggie tray instead of the chip bag...not because the potato chips are on my non existent restriction list, but because I like how the veggies make my body feel! 🤗

I will never ever get sick of this breakfast. Ever. With every meal you feed your body, you’re either healing it or feeding the disease. I choose to fuel my body and keep it in remission. I’ve had a few “off” weeks of too much sugar, not enough water, and veggies have been non existent. Looking forward to eliminating those bad habits and getting back to feeling 💯 again!
have you missed my food? lately I eat only boring foodie. also yummy, but not as colorful. so i thought that i could share with u what i really eat through the day. here i have boring oatmeal with nectarines and cacao powder. easy. tasty. vegan. fast. healthy. see? veganism its not complicated as you propably thought. you can eat tasty food and save lifes at the same time. a lot of foodie are vegan, but you just dont now about it.

I got loads of requests for meal prep recipes! So you guys are all on the same page! One thing I always neglect is prepping breakfast. Sure, it's generally the quickest meal to make - smoothies and toast only take a few minutes, and even veggie scrambles can be whipped up in less than ten minutes, but I am a chronic alarm snoozer. 1, 2, okay...maybe 3 times or more.
