Last year, I discovered that most of my aches, pains, and rashes were the result of an autoimmune condition. I felt completely deflated after we uncovered ingredient after ingredient that didn’t suit me.•
Given that my diet was turned upside down overnight and eating out essentially eliminated, I vowed to become a more skilled cook. I didn’t want to feel deprived for the rest of my life.•
I have to put twice as much time and effort into cooking as I used to, but thankfully I really enjoy the process. I’m learning a bunch and have the opportunity to taste amazing food all the while.•
These brownies were sheer luck. I’m familiar with brownie ingredients and consistency, so I was able to spitball and freestyle from there. They’re made with bitter chocolate, almond meal, and @foragerproject cashew yogurt. No grains, no added sugar, no dairy.•
The mouthfeel might be the best part. They’re so fudgy and creamy, not grainy at all. They’re mildly bitter and mildly sweet at the same time, and very satisfying. •
Wild blackberries aren’t the easiest to find. Their size worked so well, reducing soggyness in the dough surrounding the berry. I would try to find the smallest blackberries possible if you’re using store bought. •
I’ll be making these as many times as I can over the remainder of the summer. I’m interested to see if winter cooking can be as much fun. •

I was craving something sweet yesterday, before my 24hour fast (eater & herbal tea only). If you know me, you know that frozen yogurt is my favorite. I didn’t have that much ingredients and time, but it ended up being the nicest ice cream. Very clean and healthy! Try and let me know what you think about this absolutely no guilty pleasure.
1️⃣2 cups frozen strawberries
2️⃣1 cup frozen peaches 🍑
3️⃣1 5 ice cubes
4️⃣1 scoop vegan chocolate protein
5️⃣Add 1/4 cup or more if necessary
6️⃣Toppings: A few dark chocolate chips and unsweetened toasted oats cereal, I wish I had granola instead (going to make it soon) 😊
This recipe was enough for two servings. Me and my lovely man were amazed, I am sure you will too🍦

Zelela sam da pojedem nesto slatko juce, pre mog 24h posta (voda i biljni caj jedino). Ako me dobro poznajes, znas da je frozen jogurt moj favorit. Nisam imala dovoljno sastvojaka, niti vremena, ali se zavrsilo sa najboljim sladoledom! Jako zdrav i potpuno fit. Probaj i javi mi kako ti se dopada ovo zadovoljstvo bez apsolutno grize savesti. <3
1️⃣2 solje zamrznutih jagoda
2️⃣1 solja zamrznutih kajsija
3️⃣1 merica vegan cokoladnog proteina
4️⃣5 kockica leda
5️⃣1/4 solja vode ili vise ukoliko je neophodno
6️⃣Dodaci: malo crne cokolade i hrskave ovsene pasuljice, volela bih da sam imala granolu umesto... pravicemo je uskoro😊
Recept je dovoljan za 2 osobe. Moja voljena osoba i ja smo uzivali, sigurna sam da ces i ti 🍦🍓🍦🍓🍦

This chocolate nice cream from @scorpianmind is super easy - just blend frozen bananas, cacao and dates. Then top to your hearts content! We can spot blueberries and freeze dried raspberries on this creation 😍
Egg loaf is a game changer for me 🍮 kept putting off making it cause I’m not a big egg fan but this is soooooo good. French toast and flan are some of my favorite desserts and this reminds me of both of them. Experimenting with different variations but this one is my fave, 8 eggs, 8 tbls butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup swerve confect. Stevia & cinnamon, 350 for 20-25. 🍮❤️
Healthy (ish) Peanut Butter Cups ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These PB cups are refined sugar free, gluten free and vegan and low calorie! 🙌🏻
Melt 1/2 cup of Lily’s dark chocolate chips with 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mix 3 tablespoons of peanut butter powder with 1 tablespoon of water. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Line muffin pans with a cupcake liner and put a little bit of melted chocolate at the bottom. Freeze for 5 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Take it out of the freezer and add the pb mixture and then top with the rest of the chocolate. Put back in the freezer for 10 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Slushies for everyone!! Take over ripe fruit, add fresh mint, some protein drink mix and freeze!! If you have popsicle molds, you can use those, too!
Beat the heat with this summer treat!! 2 cups watermelon
1 cup raspberries
1 sprig of mint
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
3 scoops Berry beverage mix
Add water, honey and mint to sauce pan and bring to boil.
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9x13 pan and freeze.
Every 15-20 minutes, scrape the edges of the pan and continue to freeze.
