#tbt to GRADUATION 🎓 I don’t think I’ve ever worked harder in my life than I did in 2015 and even though I’m glad it’s over and don’t have any plans to attend graduate school, I’m glad I finally finished!
Can't believe it's been 3 years since i've graduated high school. Now i'm in university and i was like: "I never knew i'd make it this far in life." I've made great friends and had great memories with them back in the day. I'll forever treasure them with me along with my ordeals as they made me the woman i am now. I'll miss the people i've encountered, but it doesn't mean i can't make new memories with them post-high school. I wonder what will be in store for me in 2025 (if we actually do get a 10-year reunion). 🎓 #graduation#highschool#3years#ESMR#finissants2015#blessed#nostalgia#throwback#classof2015
For those of you who have known me for most of my adult life know the blood, sweat, tears, stress, and life of debt that went in and came with this one piece of paper. .
For those of you who don't(it took longer than 4 years) , I put myself through school by working full-time (took loans the last 2 years), all while fluctuating between full and part-time schooling( dependent on classes offered). It definitely was trying at times, especially my last quarter when I was working full time, attending with a 10 unit load and also working an internship in the morning. There were days that I thought I would never finish, but I did. Never give up follow your dreams and take life day by day and enjoy the ride. Next on my list is finding a job in the speech pathology field as a SLPA.
Day Five: Happiness || “Be happy in the moment, that’s enough. Each moment is all we need, not more.” -Mother Teresa ♥️😁 The two happiest days of my life... The day I married @jameshack13 and the day I graduated from UGA. I will never forget the elation, internal electricity, and complete joy I felt on these days. Every feeling, every moment, every memory makes me grateful. So thankful for these happy days as well as countless others. #grateful#gratitude30#weddinghack#classof2015#uga#marriage#happiness#happy#surroundedbylove
Election Day is finally here and I couldn’t have been more excited to put this shirt on today. My education has been a wild ride and it isn’t over yet, but one thing I know for sure is that Lawrence School [@lawrenceschool] played a huge part in teaching me about individual impact. I hope every single teacher, of-age student and faculty member will match me today and rock their #ILoveVoting sticker! My voting precinct was 0.8 miles from my house, a 5 minute walk. NO EXCUSES! A single voice is an extremely powerful force, USE IT! #votesaveamerica#classof2015
i’ve been dealing with a lot of depressive thoughts lately due to my anxiety & ocd.. so I figured I would post this because this was the last time I remember feeling on top of the world and truly, genuinely, happy.🌻💙 Can’t believe it’s already been 3.5 years since I graduated.. time flies..
P.S. YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS. It is okay to feel down, anxious, or miss certain times in your life. It is normal.. you will bounce back out of this rut.. I’m still working on it, but I will get there.. 💕#classof2015#throwback
