Solid training day. Hit front squats at 275lbs x3 followed by some slow tempo squats. Ended up working up to heavy singles on deficit deadlifts, and got a 85lbs PR (mostly because I haven’t trained heavy deficits for a while.) I was thinking about this session all week and decided I would be happy if I hit 405, but ended up getting 475, and I probably had some more in the tank. Bench 5x5 progressive overload 100kg-120, finished with Floor Press using multi grip bar 2x5 120kg/2x3 130kg-140kg(308llbs).
Front squats 5x5 100-160kg (progressive overload), hitting 3x3 170-190kg. PB 1x200kg then 1x205kg(451llbs).
Conventional dead’s 5x5 160-200kg.
3x3 210-230. 1x240kg(529llbs).
Bent Over Rows 3x5 135kg
Hard session but worth it 👍💪
