I’m done with my one and a half hour workout so I joined the Piloxing class in the other room to give support to my friend, Coach Mark and my three Achis while waiting for the husband to finish his sparring session with his coach in muay thai 💛 Piloxing barre and knockout may look super easy but they’re super hard!!! I tried doing it after an hour of intense cirquit training and 30 minutes of intense hiphop class, I could hardly raise my arms maybe because of the heavy dumbbell (30 lbs) and kettlebell lifting, suspension training, and three minute #planking I did beforehand #excuses haha 😂 I’m saving my energy every Tuesday because Wednesday is #extremeworkout day for me and my gym buddies because of the deadliest #HIIT workout of one of the deadliest and most handsome #nojoke coaches in the country (he’s also the coach in cirquit training haha ) where we don’t use any equipments but only our beautiful bodies 😱 ( @geneviivekoa balik ka na!!!) Anyway, Coach Mark is one of the best and funniest and sexiest! And the ladies behind me? They all attended Zin MJ’s one hour intense hiphop dance class a while ago so they’re really super duper strong!
