So thankful for today❣️
Finally got to meet up with my language buddy from Doshisha days and we had a long catch up. She took me to a fab salad place and then we went shopping~~~ my pred left me enough empty Lush containers to exchange for a face mask, and it convinced my friend to buy one too👏🏼 it was surreal to see her again after a year and a half but things clicked into place so quickly💕
This Friday we’re extra excited because we’re spotlighting the one and only Terri Moore, CIR’s Project and Purchasing Manager!
Terri is definitely not a construction industry newbie with 25 years under her belt😮 And she’s been gracing us with her presence for 7 of them! Terri was referred to CIR by her friend and fellow Project Manager, Melissa. With Melissa speaking so highly of the company, she knew it was an opportunity worth exploring, and the rest is history.
Terri’s hybrid role means there’s never a dull moment! She handles all of our purchasing, so she’s in constant communication with dozens of manufacturers to ensure the proper materials are ordered and arrive on time to keep our jobs on schedule📅And if that wasn’t enough, she’s also tasked with project management✅Clearly, she’s a rockstar who’s able to juggle multiple balls in the air like it ain’t no thang💁♀️
Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also loves watching sporting events, both live and on TV, with the Los Angeles Angels being her fave⚾️😇
There’s no question that Terri plays a huge part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You can always count on her to get the job done, while making you laugh in the process😂 Thanks for all you do Terri!
It’s the weekend again✨
Highlights of this week include meeting with some other welly jets in Osaka on Monday for vegan food (totally thankful and deeply cherish these new friendships because otherwise I would be so lonely), and answering the phone at work (ridiculously hard in Japanese but hey, at least I passed the phone onto the right person)
