We are a week from Christmas, which means holiday parties are already started and we all are tempted by treats and meals to enjoy with our family and friends.
Fear of gaining weight? Follow these tips:
🎄 enjoy your time! Do not stress over food! Eat what you like and do not let your anxiety prevail over joy!
🎅🏽 chose 3/4 meals you’re going to cheat (I will cheat on the 24th night, 25th lunch and 31th night)
🎄 try intermittent fasting - intermittent fasting is an eating style where you eat within a specific time period, and fast the rest of the time. If you plan to cheat at dinner you can skip breakfast, have a light late lunch and have a big dinner meal! So you’re fasting from the night before to 4 pm and eating from 4 pm to midnight!
🎅🏽 Try to stay active, you can do a faSt HIIT workout (20 minutes) and burn off some calories - watch video for inspo.
💥💥 10 reps for each exercise - 1 minute rest at the end - 8 rounds
Window 18 ideas for an at home strength workout.
10 side squats
5-10 shoulder tap push ups
30 seconds globe hops
10 pass through lunges each leg.

My fit tip of the day! Think about how your going to feel long term and not that minute of satisfaction!
Nothing worse than that feeling of loosing all the progress you made!
The holidays are my favourite time of year, I always over indulge and I believe I it’s a time to do so!
I’m such a foodie especially for cookies, chocolate & anything sweet, it make me happy but those extra pounds don’t!
I avoid them by maintaining a routine while on holidays & vacation by simply doing 20-30-45 min every morning!
No matter how you feel get at it, it doesn’t have to be much you just have to do something!
