These are my baked Swiss meringues.🎄
🥄4 egg whites 🥄1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar 🥄1 c. Superfine sugar 🥄1 tsp. Vanilla.
Heat everything in a bowl together over a water bath stirring constantly with a whip. When the egg white sugar mixture gets hot (about 140*) transfer to a mixing bowl and whip it until it cools completely and looks like marshmallow!
It’s as easy as that!😍 you can color it with a drop of food color, just don’t use too much or the cookies won’t dry out and they will be sticky.😘
🥄You can bake them in a 200 degrees oven for a couple of hours or you can just leave them in the oven overnight with just the pilot light to slowly crisp them up. 🥄When you wake up in the morning you will have perfect meringue cookies!😋
