Last week, we geeked out over wearable technology for tracking activity, sleep, and recovery...today we're talking about a lower tech form of wearable...the type that keeps your hands warm. Making movement a priority often means getting moving in winter weather conditions...Keeping your hands warm will increase your comfort...and your safety! If you're planning an outdoor hike/run intense or long enough to work up a sweat, consider bringing a pair of lighter gloves...while you want your hands to be warm, sweaty hands (and wet gloves) will cause discomfort (and potential safety risks) when you slow down or stop moving. Ben has been using mittens from @blackdiamond to start below-freezing hikes, and @defeet wool gloves for temps from 32-50 degrees (or for when his hands have warmed up during the hike/run). With the proper gear, you can get outside and get moving year-round! Jacket is from @jottnar

Fill your water bottle, pack your gear, get outside, and get moving!
💖 Letters to Evi:
It was 6 months yesterday since you left for 🌈 rainbow bridge. I want you to know that not a day goes by that we don't think/talk about you. 💔
We had planned to sprinkle some more of your ashes yesterday in one of your favourite spots but when it came to it, we couldn't part with them. It didn't feel right.
We miss you darling girl and desperately wish you were here. 😢 I bet you are having a good laugh that Rhys is a ball obsessed nutter. Well played my friend.

📍CioccolaTÒ, Piazza San Carlo, Turin
Chocolate in Turin is a thing, for sure! The city is full of historical cafes where you can find the typical chocolates called “gianduiotti”. Moreover, every year this marvelous chocolate fair is held in San Carlo Square, one of the most important squares of the city. This year it hosted more than a hundred chocolate labs and maitre chocolatiers from all over Italy. In the first pic you can see another one of Turin’s specialities: the chocolate liquor in a bottle with the shape of one of the most important buildings of the city, the “Mole”. The second pic is what me and my friends tried out, chocolate waffles. From the third pic on there are some examples of the fantastic stands you could find in the fair.
