ricettina: • mix di farine (farina di Riso White Chocolate e Vanilla @mgfoodsupplement + farina d’Avena Oatmeal Traditional Biscuit @quamtrax_oficial + farina di Riso)
• cacao in polvere @rapunzel_naturkost • albumi @lenaturelleofficial • lievito istantaneo @ilovesanmartino
INTERNO: • goccioline di Cioccolato Fondente @rebecchi_f.lli_valtrebbia
procedimento ➡️ unisco farine, cacao in polvere e goccioline di cioccolato, metto gli albumi e mescolo; aggiungo il lievito istantaneo, lo faccio reagire qualche secondo e rimescolo nuovamente; infine verso il composto nel pentolino, messo precedentemente a scaldare, copro subito con il coperchio, ESSENZIALE per la lievitazione del CICCIO, e attendo⏱..
una volta pronto e impiattato l’ho semplicemente “spolverizzato”(ma si può usare ‘sto termine) con del cacao Vanigliato in polvere @rebecchi_f.lli_valtrebbia ..................
che dire, molto goloso e GOCCIOLOSO🙃, le goccioline di cioccolato fondenti sono rimaste anche un po’ croccantine e il connubio SOFFICIOSITÀ con il CRUNCHY cioccolatoso, CIAONE PROPRIO👋🏻..

GRATITUDE is key...While I'm still struggling and striving to start a consistent plant-based diet, I did not deny myself or my daughter, @Niyah's World, the opportunity to witness my gratitude for this delicious meal...#ChocolateChipPancakes#SeasonedScrambledEggs that she put together for me as an early birthday meal because she knows I will be restarting my nutritional detox fast tomorrow and going all the way through to my birthday on Tuesday.
GRATITUDE outweighs compassion. What I mean by that is, I will not refuse a meal that is made in the spirit of love and offered as a gift. Back in 2004, when I took Refuge, I learned that even though Buddhist monks are on a strict plant based diet based on their commitment to living a life of compassion, if you humbly offer them a meal that is anything other than plant-based, the majority of them will still eat it because they want to show their gratitude not only at your generosity, but also for the living thing that gave or lost its life so they could eat.
Today has been ALL about food😏
Funny story, my job started a promo with chocolate chip pancakes this summer... literally my FAVE meal in the world. I used to eat them at least once a week at my old serving job😳
BUT I was determined not to eat them until I treated myself for finishing this program...
Which I did today🤩
Working 5 days a week and not eating my fave food was HARD AF😨
So today I ate three massive pancakes and bacon.. and hashbrowns😋😋
Ugh SO GOOD. And no guilt. Because I EARNED those.
It wasn’t a “cheat meal”
Or a guilt trip
I had the self control to wait until I earned it.. and I DID🙌🏼
I’m still so stuffed BUT I was lacking some veggies 😏
So I made this yummy little spinach and cauliflower pizza to -balance- my day out a little🥗

Charleigh had her last day of swimming lessons today, and @nicklogue88 got to take the day off to come watch!! She was like a little fishy this last week and a half, and will definitely be getting her into more classes! It was amazing what 2 weeks of lessons did for her confidence! .
And then we ended up at Rocko's Diner for chocolate chip pancakes the size of our head, and then off to Auntie Monica's office at Flight Centre to practice booking vacations!!
