Brisket is seasoned. The yellow stuff is the slather I️ coat the meat with before applying season. The slather mix is Dijon mustard, garlic oil, and apple cider vinegar. I️ will out over oak wood at 9p and it will smoke about 10 to 11 hours.
Homemade turkey stock is on the stove. Ingredients: three turkey necks, giblets, gizzards, hearts, leeks, onions and celery. Notice the red string on the left. That is a bouquet garni with fresh herbs, peppercorns, and garlic. This will come to slow simmer and will cook for 6 to 8 hours
