cs: colher de sopa .
500g de filé de peito de frango .
1 cs de azeite .
1 cebola média picada .
3 alhos .
1/2 pimentão .
1/2 tomate .
1 cs de extrato de tomate zero .
1 cs de vinagre .
Coentro a gosto .
Sal a gosto .
Temperos: Lemon Pepper, Chimichurri e Colarau .
➡️ Modo de fazer:
Corte o frango em cubos. Numa panela de pressão coloque o azeite e o frango para selar, depois adicione todos os ingredientes e a água, quando levantar fervura, experimente o sal, e coloque pressão. Quando a pressão pegar, deixe por 7 minutos e desligue. Tire a pressão, e triture como achar melhor. 😋 .

▪️Os temperos você encontra nos empórios naturais, são bem baratinhos, mas se não tiver, pode usar o tradicional brasileiro, que é cominho e colorau . -

If you missed the CHICKEN post, here’s what you do:
💧 Salt both sides of the chicken breasts first.
💧 Sprinkle with desired seasoning (I use my own special Taste of Tuscany blend)
💧 Place in a Ziploc bag, pour in about ¼ cup of olive oil, and let sit in the fridge at least 24 hours (48 hours is even better).
💧 The day of cooking, remove bag from fridge at least one hour before cooking to let the meat come to room temperature.
💧 Get a pan smoking hot, and sear the chicken 1 minute on both sides to lock in the juices, then turn the heat down to medium to finish cooking through (turning at least once).

🌶 5 cups loosely packed (60-70 g) flat-leaf parsley, stems removed
🌶 ½ cup (10 g) chopped, fresh oregano leaves (or 1 TBSP dried oregano)
🌶 5 cloves garlic
🌶 1 small shallot, roughly chopped
🌶 1 red cayenne chili pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
🌶 ¼ to salt (or to taste)
🌶 pinch of black pepper
🌶 1 cup (240 ml) olive oil
🌶 2-3 TBSP (30-45 ml) red wine vinegar (adjust to your ‘tartness’ taste) :-D
🌶 Put the first 6 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely diced.
🌶 Transfer mixture into a small bowl, add the olive oil and vinegar and mix well to thoroughly combine.

This beauty it's originally from the beautiful Argentina 🇦🇷 and they mostly use it with meat. But we are 🌱VEGANS 🌱and we use it with our 🥗 and anything else our imagination can take us to 🚀.
If you are not raw vegan, try a chimichurri 🍝 pasta, or add it to your roasted veggies, over scrambled tofu, basically, add it over anything. It's simply DELICIOUS 😋. Raw? Easy peasy; over your crudités, salads, raw soups, I would even dare to mix it with some fruits 🥑🍏.

How am I doing with my cleanse? An update. So it's not happening. I'm actually doing intermittent fasting with lots of fruits 🍉 and 🥗 salads and some cooked vegan meals at night. I wanted to share with you because the fact I am not doing the cleanse as planned doesn't mean I failed. I am simply doing something more gentle to my body (intermittent fasting is great 👍 to give our digestive system a break) as this is the way it goes. I 👂 listened at my body and despite I felt I needed a cleanse, the truth is probably filming so many days and working so long hours my body wouldn't have been able to cope with the juicing, and the first thing is our body and wellbeign, if something is becoming difficult to you, step out. Stepping out sometimes is harder than stepping in as we tend to feel we failed, but nothing can be more far away from the reality. Stepping out is wise so don't be afraid 😳 doing so 💪.

So, it's been a few weeks since my first #Whole30 . When it was over, I allowed myself to eat some off plan foods, and after just a few days of doing that, I couldn't wait to get back on plan. Moving forward, I've decided to eat a *mostly* #PaleoDiet - I just feel a million times healthier - more energy, better sleep, better mood, less anxiety, better focus. I also lost 10 lbs over the 30 days and another 7 lbs since then...YEAH! Not my primary goal in doing this but definitely a welcome side effect! 😉
It's been hard to keep up with the cooking, and at certain points during this experience I thought it wouldn't be sustainable long term, but I'm developing ways to plan and cook more efficiently and finding more recipes like this #Chimichurri#Shrimp#Brocolli Skillet that are quick and easy (recipe from PrimaveraKitchen.com). Steak with chimichurri sauce: The steak is seasoned with Himalayan salt and freshly cracked black pepper and then grilled. The chimichurri sauce is amazing and is so easy to make. I made it for the first time this week and had to make it again last night. The recipe is from @gimmesomeoven and I can't have red wine vinegar, so I didn't add it and it was still amazing. Everything goes in the food processor and it takes like 10 min to make. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Arugula Salad: I cannot stop eating this! It just organic arugula, @traderjoes parmesan cheese freshly shaved, freshly cracked Salt and Pepper and olive oil. So easy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Homemade garlic bread: @traderjoes sourdough bread, 1 stick of melted butter, 4 Tsp minced garlic, 1/2 Tsp olive oil, 1 Tsp garlic powder (I use Simply Organic), 2 Tsp freshly chopped parsley, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated. In a bowl whisk all of the ingredients together until they are combined. I cut the slices of sourdough bread in half and used a basting brush to put the mixture on the bread. I make sure the entire piece is covered in it. Cook for about 7-10 minutes on 350.
