Enoki Mushroom with Chopped Chilli Peppers Recipe
Ingredients: 300 grams of enoki mushroom, 2 tablespoons of chopped chilli peppers, 2 chives, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
1. Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms.
2. Then, clean with water.
3. Place the cleaned mushroom into the dish.
4. Add in the pepper, and steam for three minutes.
5. After steaming, pour off the remaining water in the dish.
6. Sprinkle with chopped chives and top with oyster sauce.
7. Add some hot vegetable oil. . . .
