I would like to throwback to my last day in LA where I queued for 2 hours to eat what I think is the best fried chicken burger in the world currently @howlinrays

If it's good enough for @ottolenghi then it's good enough for me!

We ended up going for a burger and the sublime chicken and waffle served with a maple syrup and butter. You can also choose how spicy you want your chicken - which is awesome. 
We also left with way more than we came as the @thehowlincrew came through and gave us so much extra food - wings, chips and an extra sandwich that didn't make it back to London (sorry it was too good!!). An all round amazing experience

They tell you that if you want to look and feel your best you have to be MISERABLE and follow a diet. You have to give up everything in sight.

But that’s totally Bullsh*t!

What if you can look great, have energy through the roof, and feel like a trillionbizillion bucks and still have the foods you enjoy? Sounds too good to be true huh?

Well, I’ll let you know that many of our clients are doing it and I’ve been able to stay lean with this method. .
The way you enjoy your favorite foods and be at your best is with these three steps.

1. Prepare in your schedule when you have your FREE meal and limit it to 1-3x per week.
.
I’m sure you’re thinking there’s no way that would work...well think about it. If you eat 4x per day that’s 28 meals per week. If 2 of those meals - less than 10% for the week - are things you enjoy would it will cancel out all of your other great meals? The quick answer is a big nope...if you follow step 2!
.
2. When you do have your FREE meal the rule is you can’t stuff yourself or have any emotional backlash about it. Remember these meals are a part of the plan!
.
Most people have a horrible relationship with food. They're afraid to eat "bad" foods. So when they do they feel guilty and beat themselves up. Then they just keep eating because... "who gives a hell, I already screwed this diet up." "It doesn't work for me anyway." Bet you've had that conversation before. Let's stop this now. There's no such thing as BAD FOOD. Say that out loud!

3. The final rule is to make sure your FREE meal at the best time. The optimal time is after your strength training workout. Something magical happens inside when you workout. Your body starts creating signals to build lean muscle instead of stored fat. So when food goes to this amazing party it’s much more likely that they will be used to build and NOT sit on your belly.
.
And that’s how we do it! We don’t try to completely avoid everything we enjoy but rather plan and time when we have them. Because we’re in control not the other way around.
