I love saying “I made it myself”. But cooking at home when you are a mum is such hard work. I need to get things done quickly (hungry kids at my feet), easily (any pre-prepped ingredients greatly appreciated) and it needs to taste good. Also, this stuff. 🤩 It’s a ridiculously easy #chiapudding made w/ two cups of milk (my favorite is cashew, this is almond) blended w/ a 1/4 cup of chia seeds & a hint of vanilla or almond extract (4 servings). I usually add frozen berries but this pumpkin butter... OMG. 🤤 #glutenfreetreats

(🇺🇸Translate👇) Los Sábados es mi día para hacer las compras, mealprep, básicamente organizar todo para la semana (ahí está el éxito en toda buena alimentacion 💪) Corto mis vegetales, porciono mis proteinas, dejo mi bolsitas listas para mis batidos verdes y por supuesto HAGO MI LECHE DE COCO 🥥🤤 es super fácil, solo tienes que licuar la pulpa del coco con agua tibia (tibia, no hirviendo) (por cada 200gr de coco utiliza 1lt de agua). Me encanta podría decir que me gusta hasta más que la de almendra, tiene una dulzura y escencia natural muy increíble 🙌 Una vez lista no me pude resistir a preparar mi desayuno: 🥥 + Mango chia puding 🔝🔝🔝 (solo debes agregar a 1tz de tu leche de coco 3cdas de semillas de chia, escencia de vainilla u dejar reposar en nevera por unas 2 horas, coloca de guarnición trocitos de mango, láminas de coco  y unas almendras teoceadas para darle un toque crocante) que manera de romper el #fasting 🤤💚🤩 #30dayschallenge #lifetimeteam .

🇺🇸Saturdays is my day to do shopping, mealprep, basically organize everything for the week (that is the succes on every healthy eating 💪) I cut my vegetables, portion my proteins, leave the bags ready for my green smoothies and of course I DO MY COCONUT MILK 🥥🤤 is super easy, you just have to blend the coconut meat with warm water (warm, not boiling) (for every 200gr of coconut use 1lt of water). I love it, could say that I like it even more than almond, it has a very natural sweetness and essence 🙌 Once ready I could not resist preparing my breakfast: 🥥+ Mango chia pudding 🔝🔝🔝 (you only have to add 1cup of your coconut milk 3spoons of chia seeds, vanilla essence, mix and leave on fridge for about 2 hours, for garnish use mango, coconut slices and a few almonds to add a crispy touch) what a lovely way to break my fasting 🤤.

Many basic red velvet recipes these days combine cocoa and red food colouring as the key ingredients. To make a healthier and nutrient-rich red velvet, raw cacao + beetroot powder packs WAY more punch. Why?

Beetroot powder:
One tablespoon beetroot powder = nutrient value of 1 whole beet.
Beetroot contains the phytochemical betaine, that is known to facilitate fat metabolism (weight loss!), and the red pigment betanin, an antioxidant that supports liver detoxification (if you drink wine, this is goood news.)

Raw cacao:
There is a big difference in between raw cacao and cocoa. Cocoa has been roasted at high temperatures and cacao hasn’t, retaining its living enzymes. It also contains way more antioxidants (anti-aging, etc) and minerals. This recipe is ideal for using raw cacao as it doesn’t require any heating or contain dairy, so you retain all the nutrients. (Dairy inhibits the absorption of antoxidants in raw cacao.)

INGREDIENTS
* 3 frozen bananas (peeled before freezing)
* 3 tsp beetroot powder
* ¼ tsp cinnamon
* 2 tsp raw cacao
* ¼ tsp raw ground vanilla bean or pure vanilla extract
* Splash of non dairy milk
* optional: maple syrup to taste (Depending on ripeness of bananas.)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until you get an ice cream consistency.
2. Enjoy it on it own or with chia pudding (chia seeds and non-dairy milk in a 1:4 ratio).

To make :
- Soak 45g buckwheat groats overnight in water.
- Mix 1bsp chia seeds with 100ml almond milk and a little vanilla extract. Leave in the fridge overnight too.
- In the morning rinse the buckwheat well and add to a high speed blender with a heaped tsp of cacao, 1/2 banana, 50ml almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into jars and top with chia pudding, mixed spice stove top granola and pomegranate seeds.
- Enjoy!

I was chatting with a friend yesterday about all those 90s specials - dunkaroos, teddy grahams, sodaliscious... and we got talking about making some new and improved versions. Would you guys be into that? 
For now I've got this creamy dreamy chocolate chia pudding and I've gotta say it is 👌🏼 To make

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds 
2 Tbsp cacao powder, more to taste if needed
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract 
A pinch of sea salt to taste 
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dash of maple syrup to taste if needed

Add all Ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. This is key for those that don't love the texture of regular chia pudding. Makes it so creamy! Eat right away or refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to thicken it up even more. 
Top with fruit, nuts, yogurt...maybe a little coconut whip?! What would you throw on there?

2 dl almond milk
1 tsp of gojibär
1 tsp chopped almonds (or flakes)
2 tsp of frozen or dried blueberries

Chiapudding med blåbär och goji (eller vad man har hemma ☺️) - Sååå gott! Underbart god och nyttig frukost! Blanda ihop i ett glas ikväll och ställ in i kylen över natten. Mumsa sen till lördagsmysfrukosten imorgon bitti 😍

Starting off my morning right with this superfood pudding👌🏼 It’s got matcha AND chia seeds. Super healthy & delicious, just what I needed this Friday✨

What’s in my bowl🥣
▫️3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@lovemysilk)
▫️3 tbsp Chia Seeds
▫️3 tsp Matcha Powder (@ujidomatchatea)
▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix everything together in a mason jar & refrigerator overnight (make sure to stir the chia seeds well otherwise they will clump).
Eat straight from the jar or pour out into a bowl & top with blueberries & banana slices!
