Shiatsu basics- How to Connect.
☯️Turn up the volume 🔉 to hear my lovely yorkshire accent 😉😂.
You'll also have to excuse my filming figured if I cut top of my head off you might not know I'm bald 😉.
☯️In order to do shiatsu we need to be in the right frame of mind, we need to be able to leave all the other rubbish and distractions in life behind and fully connect with out client.
☯️I will admit I don't always do this anymore as I can flip into the right frame of mind and also easily connect myself. -
☯️But for those just starting this is a great technique.
1. Take a few moments to breathe deeply into your hara(belly)
2. Close your eyes become aware of yourself.... does anywhere hurt are you holding any blockages? If so try to relax let muscles relax let the chi flow.
3. Become aware of the room around you, how does it feel?
4. Become aware of your client laid there.
5. Slowly bring your hand towards there hara( belly)
6. Try be aware of a change in the air as you enter their energy.
7. Place hand on hara and take a few deep breaths observing there breathing.
8. Begin shiatsu.
☯️There you have it very simple way to start your session and be better connected with both yourself and your client.

Sound is one piece of the puzzle for whole healing. Sound bathing is some meditation, some listening, some feeling through the usage of voice, tuning forks, drumming, singing bowls, and even gongs.
What you see through this meditation, have been believing internally, and feel as the session goes on can help you sort out issues you may not have considered or thought you healed from.
It's not a right or wrong thing, but the results are necessary and welcome especially as a healer. They enable us to help you heal and be your best self.
