Easy Gym Workouts. Everything here can be done with dumbbells and cables. I always see these complicated exercises by fitness pros that look super cool, but were never something I could’ve done when I was 360 pounds. When your bigger simpler is obviously better. Doing exercises while you’re standing up and moving help burn more calories, thus helping you lose more of that stubborn fat. I always have liked having a synergist (muscle groups that work together) workout. It’s easy for those just starting out because you only need two exercises pure muscle group. Follow it up with some cardio and you’re good to go.

💥 -Chest-
• Bench Press 3 sets 6-12 reps
• Cable Crossover 3x 6-12
⭐️ It helps to really concentrate on your chest and squeezing it when doing any chest exercise ⭐️ -Tricep-
• Tricep Pushdown 3x 6-12
• Bench Dip 3x 6-12
-Shoulders-
• Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press 3x 6-12
• DB Lateral Raise 3x 6-12

All of these have rep ranges of 6-12 because that’s the rep range found for muscle growth. This is a body building routine more than anything else. At the end of this workout when I was bigger I would always do 15-30 minutes of cardio. Try it or not, but it is something obese me would do 😏💪🏻👏🏻👍🏻💯

Really was humbled today and got reminded to choose the people I let into my inner circle wisely. I have been warned not to wear my heart on my sleeve and have been deceived by the very same person. But I am not angry because as Orson F. Whitney once said: "No pain that we suffer, no trial that we experience is wasted. It ministers to our education, to the development of such qualities as patience, faith, fortitude and humility. All that we suffer and all that we endure, especially when we endure it patiently, builds up our characters, purifies our hearts, expands our souls, and makes us more tender and charitable, more worthy to be called the children of God . . . and it is through sorrow and suffering, toil and tribulation, that we gain the education that we come here to acquire and which will make us more like our Father and Mother in heaven." I am by no means religious but the message is true, clear and strong.
