First #skullzandbarbells shaker I dropped a 90lb DB on and this one just slipped through my fingers. Fuck! 🤦🏻♂️. @skullz_ceo @skullzandbarbells these shakers held up perfectly since the Arnold until my dumbass messed it up lol
Burned out chest & tris & even got some back & booty work in with this bridge/chest press combo move. Combo moves area great way to get maximum work done in minimum time!
Unfortunately pole class was cancelled tonight. I'll take take as an opportunity to finish up some housework & get in bed early.

When working your biceps try to hit them from different angles and using different equipment. The biceps are also a secondary muscle so you don’t have to go super heavy.
Keeping it classic today. School starts tomoorw and I’m debating whether I should go on a nice bulk, i’ve been at 210 for a little while now and starting to get eager to hit 220 at around the same body fat. #17yearoldbodybuilder
