Well my summer hasn't gone anywhere like I thought it would. I haven't had much time for me. Every time I plan something things change. I love my 80 day workouts but at an hour long most days I'm struggling to find an hour. So I decided to jump on the early access wagon to the new LIIFT4. I'm starting with the 20 minute workouts and then the normal workout are 30 to 45 minutes long or so. H and only four days out of the week! I'm going to do these in the morning where I find my day falls apart. At least I can get these in hopefully then if I find I have time later in the day I'll do one of my beloved 80 day obsession workouts. It's very frustrating when things don't go as planned but I love how I have so many options with my beachbody on demand. At least I can get something done during the day! Day 3 of our new program is complete. Even with yesterday being a rest day our arms were soooo sore today. I guess we put in a good effort into the workout on day two😊. One more day and then it’s two days of rest and a treat day!!!! 🌴🌞🌈💦🍕🍟🍔🍦🎂🥧🍩🍻🥂🍷🍸 what’s your go to treat?!?

I’ve avoided the gym and lifting since I irritated my wrist golfing Sunday. But luckily two days in a wrist splint with minimum weight bearing did the trick! I was expecting my wrist to be slightly sore today after bench press and multiple variations of rows, however I’m beyond glad it’s not bothering me at all. •
Now onto work where I’ll get to play around DC during the summer social I planned for my office! Glad I got my lifting done early so I can focus in on my event and enjoy the added LISS to my day ☀️
Just finished a 45 min chest & back workout and now my upper body feels like jello! I only took a few snippet videos but it was great and I'll be feeling it tomorrow.
The second shot is me doing "negative" pullups to help build my strength to eventually be able to do more regular pullups. This was towards the end so I struggled to even do it
I didn't do it all perfect and had to modify at times but that didn't bother me one bit. I did the best I could and that's all that matters. 💪🏻
I was REALLY glad the gym was empty today because I was not feeling it! 😂 I procrastinated for about 30 minutes longer than I should have this morning, but got it done! 👊🏼
I always wonder why I procrastinated after because it was a great workout 🤷🏻♀️ and I actually really enjoyed it!! 🤔
Anyway, today was chest and back and seeing as I just struggled to get a cup out of th me cabinets...fixing my hair and doing my makeup should be fun!! 😬
