Happy Birthday to my beautiful baby girl! My Thing 2! @osandru12
On July 14th, 2007 when you came into this world I knew you were special.
Every day I get to see you grow up into a beautiful, kind, smart, loving young woman. Your heart is so pure and full of love. You keep amazing me every single day of what you are capable of, and the amount of help I get from you every single day. We laugh, we joke, we dance, and be silly. But we also shed some tears together, yet we always find a way to turn those tears into smiles. Yes, I may be strict on you at times, but it's for your own good. I'm so proud to be your mom and couldn't have asked for a better daughter. I know that you will grow up to be an amazing woman and all your dreams will come true. I love you baby girl.
Guys this is truly me!
I am a bit crazy and awkward. There are times so awkward I can tell it on people’s faces and it makes me insecure to where there are times I withdraw.
If you know me or are close to me. You will notice that in large groups I become extremely shy and at times even become uncomfortable. There are times at large parties I will hide and watch from the sidelines. The reason is because I worry about rejection in large group. The whispering and pointing causes me to worry that I did something wrong or stupid.
You will notice that in smaller groups I do better and the less withdrawn I become. Smaller groups allow me to ensure that everyone in the group knows that I love and care deeply about them and feel safe
Every interaction I have with someone I strive to see their heart and show unto them my love for them
I hope for those of you who have been in my presence has felt my love for them. If not I’m sorry I’ll will continue to show you the love I have to offer
Happy Saturday everyone!
At times we get so caught up with trying to capture a moment with our phones or cameras that we forget to stop and experience that moment in person. We get so eager to share this moment or that moment in our social media that when we go back and see that picture we can’t even remember that we were there. Not to say that I’m not greatfull for having these amazing gadgets that allow us to rewind back and be able to remember certain important events in our lives. My husband and I were talking the other day about not having that many or any pictures from when we were young and relying on our ever fading memories to remember those disappearing times. We wish we had tools to be able to snap a few moments for nostalgia purposes. We also agreed that we love the fact that we can capture certain moments in our kids’ lives that we love going back and sharing over and over again. It’s a blessing. However, this post is more for the times when you know you didn’t really need to be hiding behind your screens and need to be more present. Those little moments that would become very private and personal from all the other ones in your photo library. Take a moment, enjoy that minute with your loved ones or even just by yourself. Enjoy that sunset. That plate of food. You will probably forget it at some point but at least you lived in the moment. And that’s worth it! 🙌🏼
WE ARE LESS THAN ONE WEEK AWAY!! One week away from the opening of my BRAND NEW challenge group that will be focused on the new Beachbody workout program, LIIFT 4! LIIFT 4 is unlike anything Beachbody has ever come out with before, and this group will be my very first group!!!! I would L-O-V-E to have 10 friend to join me, why!!! Because I need accountability🤦🏻♀️ LIIFT 4 is foused on high intensity intervals, lifting weights, and core work. It is a 4 day a week workout program, where the other 3 days of the week you can LIVE YOUR LIFE! The moves
are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working. Like I said, you work out just 4 days a week, with 3 strategically chosen recovery days. Every workout is 30–40 minutes and ends with a quick core routine. There is NO opportunity for boredom because you’ll do all 32 workouts of the program in real time with Joel (the creator of the program) and the cast—never doing the same workout twice.
This group will be focused on more the workouts though. Ive become a true believer in total body wellness, and that does not stop at how you move your body. It includes what you eat, when you eat, how you sleep, and how you relieve stress. We will cover it all in the group!
Comment with an emoji and I will message you all the details, this opening is only good until July 9th so you can be ready for the launch on July 19th when this program goes live!
We were driving from Monticello, UT towards Moab, UT on your way home. I looked out towards the sky and how the sky looked over the red rocks was breathtaking. I decided to take a picture of it. Moments after I took the photo I realized I also captured a heart shaped cloud. I took a moment and looked at it trying to figure out how I missed seeing it. I’ve come to the conclusion that just like other things in my life if I am looking at other things I can often miss what is right in front of me telling me to have courage, and keep moving forward.
Happy July 4th to everyone!
Each year my family is extremely grateful to having our solider home. It has not always been that way however
Back in 2005 when my first husband joined the military I spend 5.5 months away from him while he completed basic training and AIT clear across the country while I was pregnant with my daughter.
Upon his return he decided to go active duty for the Idaho Army National Gaurd. For the next 4 years I lived the life of a military wife. There would be times he would be gone for a week at a time or several weekends in a row. Or for annual training in the summer over our anniversary. It was hard but I pushed on because I loved him and was willing to sacrifice for his happiness and drive. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Over that period of time I meet some amazing military families and still hold them dear to my heart. They all gave me the courage to continue to move forward. Soon that marriage ended but I was still part of the military life as my children were affected by it while he deployed to Operation New Dawn in Iraq between 2010-2011
Little did I realize I would meet my amazing soldier a few years later and again be a military wife. Even though I’m now a retired army wife I still have all the effects to deal with as my husband served a career of 25 years.
Even though he isn’t an active member of the Idaho Army National Gaurd, it still holds a place in his heart and who he is as a husband, father and lover
Babe thank you for your service and being the man I need. Thank you for protecting our freedom and allowing our family to be safe. I know if given the chance you’d join the ranks again, and I would let you and wait for your return. #armywife#nationalgaurd#cherrisheverymoment#lovemysoldier#happyjuly4th#militaryfamily#retiredarmy
