The last two days spent at @culinaryvegetableinstitute #rootscultivate2018 have been a dream come true. This opportunity to be surrounded by many amazing individuals in the culinary world and discussing important industry topics, was unforgettable. Being able to cultivate new relationships and grow, all while enjoying a beautiful bounty of food. @farmerleejones you are an inspiration to all. ❤️
Waste-Not Lunch at #rootscultivate2018 at the @culinaryvegetableinstitute. This lunch was developed in an effort to use up any leftover ingredients from the conference. Simple, rustic, straight from the fire vegetables, epic self serve salad, the most perfect vegetables from Ohio farmers including the #ChefsGarden , amazing coffee, no shortage of cocktails, pastries, bread and more. I had so much insanely good food over the last few days but this lunch was definitely one of the best I've had. Thank to so much to all the chefs it took to pull off this epic spread!!!
