들어가는 입구와 건물이 수산시장같지않아서 처음에 혼자 조금 당황했지만, 들어가서 내부를 보면 볼수록 깔끔하게 잘 정리되고 구분되있는 모습을 보고 놀라웠던 타이페이안에 위치한 한 수산시장! (처음엔 여기 한 군데만 있는 줄 알았는데 타이완친구가 얘기해주기를 여기뿐만아니라 많이 있다고 한다.)
입구쪽에는 해산물와 생선들을 숯에 직접 구워주는 커다란 노점도 있고 수산시장안에 들어가면 있는 커다란 수조들이 많이 보이는데, 이 안에 다양한 해산물들이 들어가있다.
퀄리티는 말할필요도 없고, 가격도 가성비가 너무 좋아서 이것저것 다사고싶었다..
안으로 들어가면 다양한 수입제품들도 볼 수 있고, 신선한 해선물과 생선들을 활용한 요리를 판매하는 조그만한 노점들도 위치해있다.
다양한 요소들이 어느하나 튀지않고 잘 어울러져있어서 좋았던 곳. .
있는동안 정말 너무나 행복하고 눈이 바빳던 곳이였던 것 같다.
이번엔 여기서 직접 먹어본거는 스시밖에 없지만 다음에 온다면 제대로 전부 다 즐기고 가야겠다!

This dish was the Zeeland farmed Hamachi by @dutchyellowtail , i combined it with a super fresh salad of avocado, pomelo , sanbaizu and #xosauce , a vinaigrette and granite of seabuckthornberrycevice and seaweedoil. The XO was made by @okrahongkong and the chef @maxedwardlevy . It’s imported by @eliciouschef and it’s amazing! Great to finally see were this product comes from! Super night 🙏🏻🙏🏻 @thebestchefawards @theworlds50best @oadtop100 @gaultmillaubelgium
It has really started to feel like the summer is coming to an end in London. I love the changes in season and I am starting to get excited for the autumn now! Seasonal eating (choosing fruit and vegetables that are in season) has loads of benefits. Apples eaten out of season often come from abroad but choosing apples when they are in season means they have usually been grown in the UK. This means that they have done fewer food miles which is better for the environment and they will probably retain more vitamins as they’re fresher. This means you might notice a better flavour and texture too (think British strawberries). This applies to all vegetables and fruit that can be grown in your country! Eating seasonally also means that you are more likely to eat a better variety of fruit and vegetables than if you eat the same foods all year round.
