1. Squat throws -30 seconds
2. Band kicks - 12 each side, each way
3. More band ~fun~ (30 sec each exercise)
4. Handstand walks bc why not ?!!! (Optional & pls don’t try if you’ve never done them before🙂)
5. Lunge walks with dumbbells -not featured :(

I usually spend my Sunday’s running errands, doing laundry, household stuff, etc. Recently I started adding meal prep for the week to my Sunday agenda and wow I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS. I have my lunch made for everyday of the week- this saves time, money, stress, and is also so much healthier because I’m less likely to go out to eat. Highly recommend getting into meal prepping for your week, even if you’re not into the health and fitness component of it, it’s just a simple lifestyle change that makes living easier.
