Some soft-baked biscotti @marlosbakeshop sent me. Brown Sugar Coffee Cake was my surprise favorite. I loved the idea of Banana Bread, but it needed to be sweeter. Personally I prefer crispy biscotti but this is a unique company with more interesting products on their website. Thanks for the samples, Marlo’s!

Cadbury - Chomp
Trash Food Guidance 1. Taste and Fragrance: These remind me of being a small kiddie. They were definitely my go-to snack when I was looking for a chocolate bar. They have chocolate, wafer and caramel inside. The caramel is very sticky and is the primary flavour in this bar. Super sweet 17/20 2. Texture: One of the best things about this bar is the texture. The caramel is chewy, but not too much. The wafer is crisp and the chocolate is creamy. This is a really great combination of textures. The caramel is the best part. 18/20 3. Appearance and packaging: The pack is a cute dinosaur. This is unusual for Australia as we tend to put pictures of what is installed the wrapper on the outskirts of the wrapping. Just so you know. 16/20 4. Value/ price: These are smaller than regular Cadbury bars (30g, not 60g). This means that they are usually a bit cheaper. I think standard price is $1. That's ok value. 15/20 5. Novelty and fun factor: I think these are fun be they are made for kids. It's not really an adult type chocolate bar. 15/20
Total - 81 / 💯
Nutritional value 1. The Trash Factor: they rate a little lower on the trash scale because of the smaller size. I guess that you're just getting fewer bits of trash in your body when you have something smaller, so there's that. Plus +9.4 points for smallness.
After traveling three weekends in a row, I haven’t just fallen off the wagon- I’ve been run over by it, again, and again, and again. And I’m unhappy. I’m not proud, and I don’t feel good about myself.
So now, I know that if you’re tired of starting over, you have to stop quitting.
Now it’s time for me to be my own coach and dig myself out of this hole. .
I’m putting my pride aside because I know other people have felt the same way. My greatest downfall is also a gift- I have the ability to help lift others as I lift myself. So, if you need to get back on the wagon, join me! I’m starting fresh tomorrow, and the next update you get will be one of success, not regret. I promise you that. .
