Кто знаком со мной близко, знает, что мне сложно выйти из дома без основательных причин, не потому что интроверт или лень собираться, а просто до трясучки не хочется выходить. У меня нет сложностей быть наедине с самой собой, не бывает скучно и всегда есть чем заняться.
И мне так хочется чтобы в сутках было 48 часов, я могла бы еще столько интересного узнать и попробовать.
Если я одна смотрю какое-то кино, то почти всегда паралельно я буду ещё что-то делать - вязать, читать или писать. И когда кто-то говорит, что ему скучно и нечем заняться - мне правда нечего посоветовать.
Я бы хотела ощутить такое чувство - скука. Бывают скучные книги или фильмы, их закрывают. Бывают скучные люди, от них уходят. Но чтобы было скучно с самой собой - это как? Нет настроения и ничего не хочется делать - это не скука, когда все валится из рук и не получается - это тоже не скука. В такие моменты я практикую неделание: смотреть в окно, лежать с закрытыми глазами, залипнуть в аквариум с рыбками или просто танцевать.
Когда скучно - перестаешь делать то, что было скучным и перестраиваешься на то, что ПРАВДА хочешь делать. Проблема многих в незнании своих желаний. Зашоренность взглядов, стериотипы окружения часто гасят эти желания (ну, если это криминал, то и правильно). И когда просят совета как развеять скуку, то я теряюсь. Я-то знаю, что мне нравится и не нравится, а про вас ничего не знаю получается.
Мне одинаково занятно медитировать или пойти на танцульки, мыть окно или гулять в парке (если кто сможет вытащить из дома). В мире столько всего интересного, может, стоит попробовать новенькое?

Apart from being crazy expensive they are also loaded with sugar.
Well I use cheap Greek yoghurt fresh berries and a teaspoon of home made BlackBerry jam. Gives it colour flavour and texture whilst being super healthy and extremely cheap.

It's an unfortunate fact that when you tell people something they don't want to hear, they get upset, angry or just ignore you... This is one of those times.. Organ meats.
Yes, you rarely hear about them in the muscle / fitness space, because so many people hate the thought of them that big companies know the mere mention can scare people away.
But trust me when I say this, they are the single biggest superfood for men.
You know how magazines go on about spinach because its an iron containing powerful house?
100g Spinach = 2.3 - 2.7mg or Iron
100g Liver = 17.9 mg of Iron
and its not just Iron. Liver is also packed with Vitamin A and Zinc, and we already know zinc is the boss at boosting testosterone.
The fact is, organ meats are just about the most concentrated source of every vital nutrient that we need.
In fact, years ago organ meats where reserved for the highest in society. In ancient Egypt for example the muscle (the bit we eat now) was fed to the dogs and humans only ate the organs.
So it's awesome, you get that... and it's also cheap.
You can get fresh, great quality organ meat for pennies.
So go, experiment.

avocado tomato salad deets: chop both up and add balsamic, basil olive oil, salt, and pepper.
salmon deets: marinated with basil olive oil + rosemary and cooked on the grill for 10-15 min.
How to make Oat Milk with Essential Nutrients
It’s no secret that oats are full of heart-friendly nutrients. According to one study, oat milk contains 15 vitamins and 10 minerals. Just a cup of oat milk yields about 36% of your recommended dietary allowance of calcium. It’s also a rich source of vitamin A. In fact, oat milk contains more vitamin A than cow’s milk! Oat milk is also loaded with vitamin C, B, D and E! It’s also full of iron. Just a serving of oat milk provides 10% of your recommended daily allowance of iron!
Oat milk is extremely high in magnesium. This nutrient helps boost the production of enzymes that regulate insulin secretion. Magnesium also assists in the utilization of glucose by the body.
½ cup oats
1 ½ cups water, plus more for soaking (this will make a thicker milk, add 2 cups of water when blending for a thinner consistency)
1 tbsp maple syrup OR 1 medjool date (pit removed)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Small pinch of salt
Soak oats overnight, or at least 8 hours, in water (cover oats by 2” of water). Drain and rinse oats.
Place oats in a blender with 2 cups of cold water, vanilla extract, maple syrup (or date) and small pinch of salt and blend on high until liquid and has a consistency of milk.
Place a nut milk bag or a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth over a jug or a bowl, and slowly pour the milk through. Save for another purpose or discard pulp left in cheesecloth.
Will keep chilled for 3-5 days. Shake well before use.
Sometime when I am cutting or have a craving but I'm not over hungry, I resort to small things such as this.
Mint ice cream is a favorite of mine and instead of having @halotopcreamery mint ice cream at 11am (saving that for after dinner) I get that craving satisfied with @extragum mint chocolate ice cream sugar free extra gum. Also I love peanut butter and a lean option outside of powdered peanut butter is @questnutrition protein bars. •
These are just some small things I do to satisfy cravings, also if you have ever melted or frozen a quest bar, it can be amazing.
But I'm like everyone else on my fitness and nutrition journey, I need tasty snacks and treats for my cravings. These are just 2 very small things I have sometimes that Won't hurt but actually aid in me keeping my #suxpackabs 😂
