This has been the first week since we’ve moved here that the sun has graced us with it’s presence for more than a day or two. With 10 days until we’re back in Ontario, it feels like a light at the end of the tunnel of homesickness, and I can’t wait to see some friendly faces soon🥰 .
🌟How do you face challenge? Head on? Run? Look for inspiration? Well, if you’re rowing coach and 2016 Paralympian Jenny Sichel (@jsichrockin ) you not only face it head on in your own training and competition but you coach athletes, including those with physical and other challenges, to face it head on too. 🌟 Jen shares her wisdom on my latest podcast on my show, “The Bare Bones Yoga Podcast: Conversation for Yoga Teachers.” Although we talk a little about coaching as it relates to yoga teaching, much of what she says is just good listening and super inspiring. 🌟 You can meet Jenn because she’s on a speaker panel at my upcoming Urban Wellness Weekend, my two day event in Boston geared to get you ready for 2019 with a renewed sense of energy and great info on how to improve your health. What’s the alternative? Set a resolution or two and that’s it 😩 Come to this event and learn how to change your health in many positive ways! AND listen to the podcast to hear how you can get $25 off! Click my website ⬆️ to see the details of this completely unique wellness event! 🙏🏻💪🏻🌟🧘♀️📚🚣♀️🥗
Easterly view of Charles River crossings (swipe left for full view; thanks to @scullingfool). The north span of Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge (2003) rises behind the blue lights of the Longfellow Bridge (1906), seen through the portals of Harvard ("Mass Ave") Bridge (1891). The MIT Sloan School of Management is on the left. The twin Longfellow Towers and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary are on the far right.
