One thing (among many many others) that they do so well in the Dordogne is duck. I bbq-ed two breasts and about a dozen or so hearts for dinner. I'm not sure who got to decide that today was National Cheese Burger day..... But I'm not one to pass up on an excuse to grill up some tasty burgers. I tend to go spicy. Today I made some siracha and chillie pepper cheeseburgers with avacado on Brioche buns. Mmmmm Mmmmm good!
