Are they questions that are keeping you stuck, or are they questions that can give you a new perspective and alternatives to what you really want out of life.
.. Once you have identified the questions that are keeping you stuck, use the reframing technique to help cultivate more happiness and success in your life! Start by taking the negative situation and try to find something good in it.. Reframe the context to a more empowering alternative, this gives you new meaning and a different perspective to move from.
—if you’re going into work everyday and asking why my job sucks so bad? TRY Is there a way for me to enjoy this job, or can I look for another one
—What if I fail? TRY What if I succeed and soar?
—If you’re single and want a relationship, but you keep asking.. why are there no decent and awesome guys/girls out there? TRY What qualities do I want in a partner, and what places can I meet them?
👌So let’s move from disempowering language to more empowering and mindful language. Once you change the way you communicate to yourself, you can positively impact your mind and even others around you. .
🙌You can take your power back and open different avenues and opportunities. When the meaning changes the thinking and behavior changes along with it, which ultimately leads to a different more empowered life. You get to choose!✨
Challenges in life make it interesting. They push us and test our endurance to see how much drive we are willing to invest...to see how focused our mind is on truly making the changes we are seeking.
Overcoming them is what makes it meaningful and so worthwhile. That smile or that rep...that one more ________. Whatever it is, focus, believe, dig deeper, and achieve.

You see whatever you tell yourself when doing a particular activity leads to:
1) Whether you take action or not and
2) The end result that you'll get!

Today must be the most dreadful day for many who have no passion in their work after a 4-day break. If you are one of them I hope you are taking action today so every 1st working day is exciting for you. I used to feel awful too until 2010 when I decided "enough is enough" because life is too short to feel awful 1st working day after the break.
If you are running your business on the side while keeping your day job, you still need to expand your business so you can quit. You need to generate interest in what you do so you have potential customers. Nothing is going to change in our lives unless we change our actions and behavior.

👀Accessible Parking Anxiety is REAL, and I experience it every time my mom pulls the car into the spot.👀 [Because of the Congenital Nystagmus, and seven dead tumors in my one eye, I am legally unable to drive.]
90% of the time my mom and I pull into the accessible parking space at the front of our location, we both get glares, or looks of suspicion from people walking around or near our car. These people are effortlessly being very judgemental, and it spikes my anxiety to get out of the car as quickly as possible to SHOW that I am really in need of this space. Even then, sometimes the stares and gawks still continue until we finally walk away.
Accessible parking anxiety is the worst for me come wintertime. I obviously can't wear shorts or skirts All winter, so I wear pants, and shoes that may go up to my ankle. It is when my disability isn't SEEN that I get the most grief, and strangers are not afraid to be vocal in telling me I shouldn't be parked in that space because it isn't meant for me.
This leads me to fight for everyone with the invisible disabilities that have acessible parking passes, but are afraid to use them because of fear of being judged. I am so determined to break the stigma around disabilities having to be physically visible to exist. It just isn't true. Not all disabilities are visible.
Whether my leg is showing or not, the anxiety of parking in a spot meant for me Never goes away, and that's because most of society has been conditioned into believing a disabilitiy only exists if it is crippling beyond belief. Just because you're disabled, doesn't mean you're crippled and incapable.
And maybe you're reading this as one of those people who has looked at someone with a hint of suspicion when they parked in that space, you need to check yourself - and that's okay. If you do have reason to believe that person shouldn't be there, maybe wait until after they've left their car to check their dash for the pass. Don't assume what you don't know.
If there's anyone reading this that has used this space when they didn't have a pass, please take this as a lesson to reconsider your actions.

The physical transformations are the easiest to spot, no denying it, —>> it’s the mental shift inside that people only see when they take a closer look. .
It’s that transformation, those series of changes I am most grateful for & that I will always be most appreciative of. .
I have an amazing mentor who believed in me when I didn’t, who checked in when I checked out, who never gave up on me when I was ready to give up on everything. It was her belief that made me realize that I had an RESPONSIBILITY to do the same. .
I realized I had the ABILITY to share my experiences with others so they could overcome our similar struggles. .
It was my CHOICE then to have a RESPONSE to that ABILITY and do the same for others! To BE the person who checked in & said how you doing? To be the biggest cheerleader 📣 when they succeeded & to encourage them when they feel like they can’t take another step! To see them even when they try so hard to hide behind the screen & remind them they matter, and No you are not invisible & yes I care about you! .
After all that is all RESPONSIBILITY really is. Tapping into your Ability & creating a response to said ability! And guess what we all Have it! .
We have a responsibility to live the best life we possible can and make the changes that only those who count, will see! To Encourage and love on those who need it & even those who LOOK like they don’t. ((Psst—->They do too)) . .
Oh many of us so easily fall into this mind-trap? 🤔
It’s a normal reaction to complain or focus on the negative when things are going wrong, I know for I’ve been there too. 😌
But why worry about something we cannot change, this only adds something else to the mix. So not only were you complaining & focusing too much on the issue at hand, now you are also stressing about how to fix it. 🤨
If the issue is something you can change, then change it, if not move on and let it go to allow better things to happen. Don’t add stress, choose your attitude & allow yourself to smile & be happy. You actually DO have that choice, it’s your attitude that makes the difference. 💜

Change can be hard and we often value what is comfortable too much. But familiarities can keep you stuck and in predictable cycles. Your current thoughts and actions have gotten you exactly where you currently are and if that’s not where you want to stay then something has to change.

🗣 If you’re talking about someone else, I can only hope that the words coming out of your mouth are about how much you love them, what you admire about them, what you’re proud of them for, how you acknowledge them working on their ‘stuff’, how you’re grateful they’re willing to get better, or about how you can help them to do so, or maybe see a better life for themselves. And if not - I’d empower you to stop talking about them. .
When I shifted my conversations from he does this or she said that, but he said she said that she said he said she did this.....MY LIFE GOT BETTER. I BECAME BETTER. I started to attract to me others who also weren’t interested in talking about other people, but about ideas, concepts, goals, dreams, and people HELPING people to see how & where we can make those things o u r reality. .
