I've been taking a break from posting anything on replying to anyone on here because I've been a little exhausted by interpersonal communication this past week. I've gotten into a couple of pretty draining spats with people I hold very close to my heart, and one instance led to me having an anxiety attack.
I share this alongside with this quote because when these altercations happened, I felt like I'm wasn't being heard or understood. My voice wasn't being respected, nor was my time or energy or mental state. But I've been through far too much to allow anyone to let me feel that way about my voice.
Some people may read this quote and roll their eyes because I've always been outspoken, so allow me to clarify. The voice I have now is strong. It is compassionate. It is loving, fierce, informed, and rooted in ever-growing wisdom.
My voice is the result of 28 years of a wild life, at least wild to me. It has been immature, mean, cruel, and everything else negative under the sun, but those characteristics of my voice have been shed.
I love my voice now. I respect myself and what I have to say, so if someone else doesn't, they're just not going to be someone I keep around. This is not to say that people can't disagree with me, but I will no longer allow people to try to stifle my voice and my feelings or take advantage of my energy.
There's just no room in my heart for those kind of vibes anymore ✌
After two months of inviting dairy back into my life I've decided to kick it out again. I've been feeling terrible every time I eat it and it is just not worth it for me. But this little devil right here is the only thing standing in my way 😈
I think the reason they make it so hard to dip into a Nutella jar once a quarter is gone is because it's telling you, "you probably shouldn't eat the whooooooole jar in one sitting." Shut your face Nutella, I'm hungry.

#pipiscakesgf#browniesingluten#browniesintacc#brownieglutenfree#celiacoscordoba#celiacosargentina#singlutenparami#celiacos#celiacsfood#celiachia#celiacs#glutenfreefood#glutenfreelife
Animal style protein style? Hells yes! Long night calls for a fat ass burger!!! This lady has been avoiding any grains because I've been having issues with ALLLL of them. Pretty sure celiacs disease is come into play here. Thank God for companies that allow for this issue!
Whether you’re new to being gluten free, thinking about it, going on an AIP, @whole30 or @21daysugardetox where you’re avoiding gluten for a certain amount of time, or even cooking for a loved one who doesn’t eat gluten, WHAT has gluten in it can be confusing and sneaky AF.
I wrote an article for @azumioinc listing out what’s got gluten, names for gluten in processed foods, and what foods can have or be gluten (depending on how it’s been made). That list is so great, BUT it wasn’t set up in a handy chart.
So for my visual people, I’ve made a handy chart that’s pinnable so you can reference it at a moment’s notice. That chart is also above, AND in my IG story today. The IG story will be saved in my GF Tips highlight.
Click my link in bio to get the chart and sort out what has or is gluten once and for all!

Do you have food sensitivities? Allergies? Chronic fatigue? Have you noticed skin rashes? Do you feel like you’ve tried everything but your struggling with your weight loss goals? There could be a reason and there is a solution that doesn’t require medication.
We start by looking at our gut health. Did you know 70% of the body’s immune cells are located in the gut? When we eat food, intake toxins (which we are doing daily without knowing it) the gut then views as “foreign” and it sends the body into warfare creating an imbalance in our gut. That imbalance is what starts wreaking havoc on our bodies in the form of disease.
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 74 billion lbs of chemicals are produced a day changing our cellular function and therefore changing our microbiome. By dampening our immune system, we start to develop sensitivities, allergies, skin rashes, IBS, indigestion, and a whole host of other diseases as a reaction to the immune system being on alert. .
As a health coach we start by taking a look at what you are eating and how it correlates with your body’s reaction. This paired with a deep exploration of other influences that pertain to your overall health and wellness to bring you to a healthy and balanced state from the inside out. By setting goals, holding accountability and taking small progressive steps to create healing and help you reach your health goals - whatever they may be.
Are you ready to take control of your health?

Psychobiotics are probiotics and prebiotics that improve your mental health by altering the population of gut bacteria.
We have trillions of bacteria in our gut that help our body function and feel great. It has been estimated that we have anywhere from 1,000 to 30,000 different species living in our gut.
The Standard American Diet and our toxic environment have depleted needed bacteria. These bacteria help us break down food, produce vitamins, make neurotransmitters, and are present for many other functions.
How do you change your gut population to help you feel better? Feed your bacteria. If you eat junk food then you will have a population of bacteria that break down junk and produce junk... you don't want this. To grow healthy bacteria you need to feed them healthy foods. Learn what foods you need to eat to populate your gut with healthy bacteria. This isn't an overnight process. It takes time to cultivate healthy bacteria. Until then, populate your gut with known bacteria strands to help you feel good.
Here's a few strands to look for. There are many that help... lactobacillus rhamnosus - lowers anxiety in humans
lactobacillus rhamnosus - lowers stress-induced anxiety-like behaviour and protects against anxiety
bifidobacterium longum - reduces cortisol and alleviate psychological distress in humans like obsessions, compulsions, paranoia, and anxiety
lactobacillus plantarum - treats people with irritable bowel syndrome and significantly reduces their anxiety
