For the last several weeks I’ve baked a chicken on Sunday. We do eat a bit but primarily shred it for salads and sandwiches. We also use it to feed my spoiled dog who refuses to eat dog food. I season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder an onion powder. I stuff the cavity with celery then cover it with pats of butter. It bakes for 20 minutes at 400 then lower to 375 for total time of 20 minutes per pound.
#Naan , a very popular #Indian flatbread, was first recorded by a poet back in 1300 AD. Naan is traditionally made in a #tandoor oven with very high heat. See how to make a #homemade version of this #bread in my latest #YouTube video at https://youtu.be/I-7yRYcEVcQ
Have you tried coconut yogurt? 🥥 Bel here - coconut yogurt is (as you probably guessed) made from from coconuts instead of cows. I just tried some in NYC and it was AWESOME. Tasted pretty much just like yogurt, so would be a perfect alternative for those of us who avoid dairy. Should we add some coconut yogurt to the breakfast menu? Comment below!! Pictured is my “Joegurt” (coconut yogurt and granola) from a Manhattan @joeandthejuice location! 😋💯
My new pre-game routine. 🍔 🏈 Loved the burgers from @ritzyscolumbus. Crispy, juicy and great flavor and surprisingly weren’t greasy. Shoestring fries were okay. We weren’t the lucky ones to get them fresh, but, I think if we did - they would be great. Husband loved the chili and cheese topping. A bit awkward the girl serving them was also eating them. 🤷🏻♀️
