By no means is this impressive and I'm not expecting to win anything BUT considering I'm only 24, have only been doing the sport properly on the back of a back injury and naturally have the body of a stick insect, there's still plenty of time to get these numbers up!...

You don't need to be a biomechanics coach to understand how they have been getting knee pain in the left knee. This is shown in the descent of a step up but even day to day this can cause unnecessary pressure.

Alongside doing biomechanics exercises this is one of the conditioning exercises I've decided to prescribe alongside a couple of hip-abduction variations and exercises that encourage external rotation in the leg.

In 9/10 cases I wouldn't try to force movement such as how the band is here, however due to the severity of pain in the knee for most of the exercises we've tried this is one where pain is dramatically reduced!

With this exercise it keeps the shin angle vertical putting less stress on the knee and as the band is high in tension it shouldn't contribute strengthening the knee collapsing in.

When you've got a problem with your weight it's so easy to manipulate the type of clothing you wear to hide it, and for years I done exactly that without realising it.

I'd always wear some kind of hoodie or baggy top and baggy jeans as it was "part of the skater look" ๐Ÿ‚not recognising why I didn't like to get my arms & legs out...no matter what the weather was (yep, I would wear a hoodie in summer) โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘–๐Ÿงฅ๐Ÿ’ฆ

And it wasn't till I had the thought of "if my bullies see me with a 6pac, maybe they'd leave me alone" (๐Ÿ˜‚ I know) that I actually started to try to look after myself; with lots of mistakes along the way I might add! And it all started with a few push ups & sit ups in my room!

I then follow it leading to different veins now thinking all over my body are these small tubes transporting blood to and from the heart, to and from muscles, organs & everywhere! ALL whilst not even thinking about it.

Think of something you struggle to commit to long term and try your best to think of your why.
The better the emotional connection the easier it'll be to stick to e.g. I run to increase my fitness so I can keep up with my kids, I do my rehab for a long term pain free movement filled life etc.

Prawn Laksa - filled whole pumpkin. Less than 10 minutes of prep and the rest does itself.
Iโ€™m surprised to see Halloween infiltrating itself into french supermarkets. Depuis quand? Pleased that there are mounds of pumpkin everywhere though and that they are 2 servings big(that or we are greedy guts). So: slice off a โ€œhatโ€ and set aside. Then use a spoon to scoop out all seeds, all stringy bits. Brush innards and outards(not a word? It should be!) with a little oil - something Asian - not ubiquitous olive. 
Place in oven preheated to 200C for 30 minutes, till nearly soft.
Meanwhile, empty a can of coconut milk into a pan. Into it, add a generous tablespoon red curry paste, the juice of one lime, 2 teaspoons soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce, juice squeezed out from a knob of grated ginger, salt. Then 2 handfuls of baby spinach and 180g peeled prawns. This will all take you about one minute!
Pour into the half cooked pumpkin and cover with its hat. Return to the oven for a further 15. 
Supper is now ready. Take to the table. Scoop.
PS. To test for the correct quantity of coconut milk, once youโ€™ve tipped said milk into pan, fill tin with water and pour into pumpkin(chuck it out again, obviously). In my case, allowing for all the extra bits and pieces, it took slightly less than one tin
to fill the gourd. In yours, it may take twice that much, maybe three times. Adjust all quantities accordingly.
