Do it on a treadmill, and it will work your hamstrings, glutes, triceps, and core like crazy. Back in the days of fitness training I grew so tired of running on rhe treadmill day after day! So I came up with some creative ways to get a full body workout without leaving my house or running around the gym floor.

‼️If you thought treadmills were just for running, you're wrong!!!! You've probably been seeing more and more women performing lunges, side shuffles, and other exercises on theirs that are typically reserved for the gym floor. Sure, the women look pretty funny—but pretty badass, too. I mean, their workout moves seem killer—and the ladies definitely don’t seem as bored as I felt!

Cardio is my hardio so I decided to challenge myself until the new year.

I could lift weights 🏋🏻‍♀️ all day long. 
Jumping, running, being coordinated...not so much.

I am completely outside of my comfort zone. I don’t mind getting my heart rate up, but cardio feels like EXERCISE🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ Today was Day 1.
And you know what?
When it was over, I felt awesome🙌🏻 I pushed myself and didn’t quit 🛑

I completely embraced the suck. 
And I 🧡🧡🧡every moment.

When you want to give up, just remember that you can get through any workout because everything ends.

Skull crushers are great for developing the tricep (the back of your arm).

To perform skull crushers properly lay down on a flat bench with your feet firmly on the ground to stabilize yourself. Grab the bar with an inside grip. Tuck your elbows to make sure that you recruit the triceps as much as possible. -
Lower the bar slowly and under control to the top of your head. Now, a little faster, push the bar back up almost as if you were pushing it back to someone standing behind your head. This is to better isolate the tricep and to eliminate as much pressure on the elbow as possible.
