Went on a 2 mile run this day and about died, felt like my lungs were gonna collapse. I’m not a fan of running and I rarely do any cardio 👌😂

Everyday is transformation day for me cos it's amazing what your body can do and unbelievable how your body can change in such a short period of time. Whether for the better or for worse. I wore this pair of jeans almost 5 years ago before I even thought of having kids. Infact my goal weight was the day I fit into this jeans. I was beginning to give up. I thought to myself, "I will never fit into them." Yes I workout but childbirth takes your body to a whole new level. I thought of tailoring but there was no more allowance so I just took a picture and hoped for the impossible. I can't believe I fit into them yesterday and with the way it's going I may have to shape it up at some point cos it may be bigger than me soon. My point is there's this very thin line between what's possible and what's not. I don't even diet. I just wake up, exercise my body and eat like a normal person. It's about being healthy to the point that it's not about losing the weight anymore. It's about enjoying fitness without any care in the world. I hardly use the scales cos I just enjoy what I do and the results are without pressure. Consistency is key! Stay fit, stay healthy! 🙌 .
