"17 Minutes of Sunset"
So there I was, watching an amazing sunset, and if my eyes hadn't been so fixated on the sky as well as my camera, I'd have texted SB and said, "Are you SEEING this?!" Looking at the times I snapped pics, the range was from 9:39-9:56pm -- 17 minutes of sunset....
"Bird Flies Over Low Rainbow"
It's amazing how there can be such calm, rich light and hints of rainbows in the mist after torrential storms. It'd be nice if this occurred in other aspects of life too -- that there would be beauty and calm after chaos and challenge.
Aaaaand, while I'm "waiting" (lol) on that, I'm at least glad that I get to see this in nature. I thought about that while I watched a bird find the coolest route through the clouds, right over the coloured rainbow light.
RIP James. Spirit -- fly free....
Some serious hang time/
Pretty fly -- white highlight in the sky/
Gotta mention it's so dope when the moon appears to float/
No marionette ropes/
Alone, it's seemingly motionless/
I'm so no-jokin' whoa-stoked at what I get to see above us.
