The. Best. Water. ⭐️💦
Clean, cold, and completely free for all to use beautiful spring water from the Highlands of Cape Breton. 💦
After living in Waterloo, Ontario for most my life with its terribly hard, heavily chlorinated, micro plastic polluted tap water, finding a place in Canada with access to clean water is of top priority for us. I don’t know what others look for when putting down roots to live, but water is life and can ya’ll just imagine how good my herbal beers would be if I made them using water like this?! 😋🍻
If you haven’t already, I strongly suggest you check out @findaspring. Special shout out to @merdarce for the tips on how to find this specific spring! If you are following our journey and can recommend springs as we go - please do! 🙏🏻 💧
We filled up as many containers as we could to bring back for drinking water in the RV. Next step is to figure out how to fill Roli’s water tank! And while we have to take the regular precautions when drinking water straight from the earth, thankfully there was a local at this spring as we arrived filling a giant water truck for locals to enjoy on the other side of the island.
These are just too much fun. I’ve finally improved the pendant technique yay! I’m in love with the colours of this recent batch. The one in front is my new favourite! No two are alike. They are also hard to recreate so you’re wearing one of a kind original art! These will be ready tomorrow. I’m in the shop today and tomorrow 10-5! They will be on my Etsy site soon. #alcoholinkartist#vibrantcolour#creatingbythesea

Fabulous Fridays! 😀😊💋🍷♥️🥘🍰💇♀️💆♀️
Fabulous Fridays is a weekly post when I showcase one of my favorite local things. This is a time for you to get to know me better and hopefully some other awesome businesses.
I am so excited about this week's post! This week we are going to talk about the @capebretonfoodhub 😊♥️🥕🍅🍞. I have been a member of the food hub since it launched a few years ago and I love it.
Every Friday I can log into their website and browse all kinds of veggies, meat, condiments, baked goods and so much more. All of these things are locally produced here in Cape Breton. I select the items I want, check out and pick up my items the following Thursday. They have several locations available for pick up. I grab my stuff at the old Holy Angels 😊. There is nothing better then eating locally grown fruits and veggies 🥕🍅. The food tastes so good! Not only does the food taste delicious, but it is helping to support local families. Many of the producers have grown since the food hub first launched. It is so great to see That!
Check them out on social media or visit the website capebretonfoodhub.com . On the website you can see a list of all the producers 😊. Not only can you buy amazing local products but they do also host different workshops. Also they are always looking for volunteers to help out 😊. Tell me if you are a member, what your favorite product is or tell me about another great local product that I may not know about 😊😉😁. Do you grow your own food? We love hearing from you and hearing about fabulous local things 😉😊♥️. See you next week for my next Fabulous Friday post 😉
Just finished our two week tour of the maritimes, and a big highlight was Cape Breton Island - went to a dance in Brook Village, swam in the warm ocean, had copious amounts of seafood, had a sold out show in Belle Côte, and spent time with our good friend Sam the mountain man. Can't wait to return! #eastcoastfun#capebreton#bellecote#tourlife#sldontheroad
A perfect extended summer adventure is a road trip to Nova Scotia. Its the best season to see the beautiful province. Were you lucky enough to hike through the trails in Cape Breton National Park? Or catch some whale watching in the Bay of Fundy? Hopefully, you ate good seafood and spent time with friends in the sunshine! •

My prices are lower than most because I work another full time career and my mandate isn’t to get rich coaching , training and doing accountability for people.
