Brunch today I cooked some minced beef when meat was starting to brown I added some fresh crushed garlic ground paprika chilli cumin coriander salt and pepper to taste I than added some crispy capsicum and baby tomatoes to the pan to warm up then cracked in two eggs cover with lid and cooked the eggs was very filling and I'm not sure if I'm going to be eating dinner tonight!

a classic recipe from Argentina is a delicious combination of brownie, dulce de leche and Italian meringue😍, there is also a version that adds whipped cream
Quite simple to make, if you want you can add the nuts, the most classic way to present it is with the meringue decoration made with a spoon and with chocolate drizzle or grated chocolate.
I made the recipe to make it in a cake mold, tart or square or the mold you have 😉

1/4 tsp salt
20 gr cocoa powder
75 gr flour
75 gr nuts.
. •Italian Meringue
3 egg whites
240 gr sugar . .
400 gr dulce de leche . .
. •For the Brownie: round mold 22cm/9inch or square mold of 20x20cm/ 7x7inch
Melt the butter along with the chocolate, reserve, on the other hand, beat the eggs a little with the sugar, then place the flour and nuts, place in the mold, buttered and hennaed and bring to cook at 180°c/350F for 25-30 minutes . . . •For the meringue:
Combine sugar and water in small saucepan, bring to boil. Boil to 118°c/244F using a candy thermometer for accuracy.
Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer until froth and continue beating until soft peaks form. Very slowly, while beating, pour the hot syrup in a very thin stream over the beaten whites. Beat until whites are stiff and glossy
Put the brownie as a base ,fill with the dulce de leche and decorate with the Italian meringue.

Had to get a cortisone injection via ultrasound in my right index joint today and it hurts as. I've had issues since I broke my knuckle from a car accident I had in May this year so I'm hoping that this gives me some relief eventually. Was told that I have to avoid doing anything too strenuous for about 2 weeks and see my specialist in 6 weeks time. Wish me luck.

Blitz in nitro bullet 200g @flahavans oats, 10g each of chiaseeds, pumpkinseeds, brazilnuts, almonds, phyllium husks.
Blitz in @thenutribullet 1 banana n 1 yoke.
Mix together bake on non stick paper. (I still rub olive oil on it, I don’t trust the non stickiness 🤣😝)

I'm working on a new dessert and I was thinking about what base to use, in the middle of the night the idea came to me and in the morning I make this White Chocolate and Strawberrie brownie , happy of not having used food coloring (because it was already expired😂) only a lot of frozen strawberries, that being frozen their color intensifies more and having little flour in the preparation does not produce that pinkish-gray color and I cook it at a lower temperature so it does not caramelize as much😜!...
The color is subtle but I do not dislike it either☺
What do you think it needs more pink color?🤔
